We enjoyed the room, we enjoyed the pool. We tried to go through the back door after we got back from visiting family and it’s not accessible from the outside. We were not aware and weren’t informed. Those outside stairs have been cleaned up in a while.

I don’t believe I got my moneys worth. The property was not up to standards. Our room door was not installed properly and had a huge gap letting in cold air and noise all night. The latch does not even fall in the hole and the only safety we had was the privacy lock on top. My kids woke up with a cough and congestion due to how cold it got over night. The noise of the cars passing by also kept us awake most of the night. And the elevator is impossible to find due to lack of signs and maps on property.

Our stay was outstanding, compared to other hotels, very clean, had everything you would need on a travel trip with family & as for staff / customer service experience, I recommend to stay cause when go back we plan on staying again.

Don't stay on 3rd floor if you have kids.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE staying here with my little family. From the appliances provided to the cleanliness and comfort 💜 Prices worth the stay. EXCEPT MY EXPERIENCE THIS TIME. GUY WHO WORKS MORNINGS ON SUNDAYS VERY IMPATIENT & GAVE ME TROUBLE CHECKING IN BECAUSE I WAS USING MY DEBIT CARD. SAID I WAS JUST WASTING HIS TIME & MINE. I STAY USUALLY A WEEK EACH STAY.. NEVER HAVE THIS ISSUE WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES. other than that id say a 10/10

Our room had a missing nightstand between the two queen beds with exposed nails that were sharp. This is not safe as we had a toddler with us and had to worry about her rolling off the bed and potentially hitting the exposed nails. Room 318

First of all our cable tv wasn't working. I called front desk thinking we were doing something wrong. She was very pleasant and apologized. She said she'd put a ticket/order in to have someone come take a look at it and if they were unable to fix it, she'd offer a discount on the room for the inconvenience. However, we left to eat dinner and upon returning noticed the door was ajar. I thought maybe somebody came in to check on the tv and didn't close the door but when we came in and the tv still wasn't working, I knew that was not the case. After checking the door again, realized it doesn't lock. It closed and can just be pushed open from the outside. Inside you couldn't deadbolt it because the door didn't align correctly. I went to the front desk and explained the problem. I was told there was no other room available. Well there was one jacuzzi room but I would have to pay additional to get that one.... Whaaat?!! Are you kidding me?! So they did have another room available but chose to not put us in there & eat the cost of the difference for their inconvenience. So here it is 7:30 p.m. and we're packing up our belongings with no idea where we would be going. Now I'm having a hard time getting my money refunded and even want to be charge a cancellation fee because it was cancelled too late. First, I didn't cancel by choice and second, our safety & security is more important. I would like to sleep behind a locked & secured door. Stay away from room 316!!

This is a great place to stay with a family or if you’re traveling to this area. The price is excellent for what it offers. The room has everything you need including a kitchenette, clean, chic design. It’s very secure. Each hallway can only be accessed with your room key so no one can just enter the building or area you’re in. They have security cameras everywhere including the parking lot. The staff are very accommodating. I had to leave earlier due to unforeseen event and the Manager was kind enough to give me a refund for unused days. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and experience.
