Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley

Comfortable stay for a bunch of baseball families on town for a tournament. Breakfast was good enough, rooms and beds comfortable, stronger wifi would have been helpful for the parents trying to work. Would definitely book again. Easy, comfortable, lovely staff, location is close to a ton of restaurants and shops do everything you need us within a couple minutes.

This is our second time staying at this property. Both times were in July. There was a boys baseball tournament the same weekend. It was nice to see the families. Breakfast is great and the dining options are all around.

There were a lot of dining options for the family off site. In site they had a taco bar that was delicious for dinner and a great breakfast. The hotel was clean.

My family and I used this hotel as the hotel for our wedding in Moreno Valley. We stayed April 25-29, for our April 28th wedding. The staff were very friendly and attentive if you ever needed anything. The hotel was quiet and we always felt the housekeeping staff were happy to clean our rooms everyday without even having to ask. The hotel offered a discounted rate for our wedding guest and we also were able to enjoy the free daily hot breakfast.

I have a special needs child and she loves staying at your facility. All your staff is very nice. The only thing I notice is breakfast time is just too busy for one person to attend to everything. I commend the you lady for keeping up with the demand all by herself.

Hello , for years my family and I have been staying in this hotel for Christmas weekend . Always have excellent customer service and enjoy our stay . This year we checked in a bit late , when we opened the sofa bed and lifted the blanket we noticed there was hairs on the sheets , pretty noticeable since the sheets are white. Immediately I called front desk and requested for clean sheets and blanket since it was too late to have house keeper to come in . The next morning my husband requested to have our room clean and mentioned if we can please get clean sheets and blankets on the sofa bed since there was hairs on it from the previous stay .Later that night my husband lifted the blanket to check before laying our little ones and noticed that clean sheets were just placed on top of the dirty ones , my hahaha was very upset and just removed the sheets and blanket . When removing the sheets we found a dirty shirt , very disturbing . I am shocked since I mentioned we have been staying for years and have never experienced this before .

Overall an amazing experience. Great family hotel. Front desk was courteous, helpful. Nice room, love that there is a little kitchenette. Free breakfast was wonderful too, with two hungry growing kids this was a huge plus. Nice, heated pool as well! We’d definitely stay here again. Also very close to restaurants, mall, etc. Great location.

Family reunion with lots of rooms, kids, moving parts and the worked magic making it seamless and easy. Excellent breakfast, top notch rooms, friendly staff, and excellent management.
