ALO Hotel by Ayres

The room was smaller than what we thought. The room is great for a family or 4 with small children. We had older kids and the room seem too small. We were cramped . However it was ok for a one night stay. Breakfast was good. Just to remember they close right at 9am! So warning ⚠️ for all those late birds. However there is a Wendy's restaurant just next door.

The property is severely outdated, and the elevators are tiny. You cant even fit your family of 4 let alone a stroller or luggage. The elevators take forever because they dont have a designated one for house keeping. The restaurant staff is rude beyond belief. We called down at 920 asking if they were still seating because they closed at 10. They said they close the kitchen at 950. We get down there at 930 and get told to leave because the kitchen staff is gone and it closes at 945...when one of his own employees says it's not even 940 yet tho lmao. What a joke. The floors were filthy in our room, leaving our feet black. Housekeeping will ignore the do not disturb sign and will keep knocking and actually open the door until you tell them to kick rocks. No apologies or anything. Much much better places for the same or cheaper all over the area

Great location, close enough to the attractions without the traffic congestion and parking no problem. Beds weren’t too comfortable, too hard for our taste and pool area could use more kid friendly features like a water spray or waterfall. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Alo Hotel is surprisingly a spotless clean hotel and very well managed place. It looks new renovated, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is not bad, continental breakfast with hot fry egg and sausages, mixed fruits cut, whole apples and oranges, bread and muffins, coffee, orange juice, hot teas, good enough for starting the day. The only bad luck we had that the room 301 has an adjacent door to the next room. A child cried very loudly at 3am and 6am, woken us, 2 seniors and couldn’t get back sleep. Hope the hotel will have a solution for that, may consider to put the guests with small children in a non adjacent door rooms. My friends, an old couple heard loud dog bucking in the hall way in early morning. Anyway, a nice hotel suggested.

I really enjoyed staying here. I would come back. The room and property was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast options was good. Usual hotel scrambled eggs, sausages, hash brown, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, coffee etc. The walls in the rooms do seem thin as I heard the neighbors baby cry every 3 hours at night for a feeding but overall I enjoyed the size of the room and cost.

The staff are super friendly. It's an other building but well maintained. Pool ans hot tub are clean. About 7 mins from Disneyland. We are family of 4 and we took the Uber which was only $10 per trip. Breakfast is included and the food is not bad. Free parking.

-Hotel is in a safe area and was clean. -Huge perk, is the free parking, you don't see that very often anymore and I felt safe leaving my car there over night. -The breakfast isn't something to stay there for. It was in a small room and wasn't attended to, I saw kids licking and touching things and no one was around to ask them to change things out. -About a 10-15 minute drive to Disneyland. -I would stay again if my go to hotels weren't available.

Giving 5 starts to everything to everyone. Front desk was very welcoming at our arrival. Housekeeper left our room super clean and went all the way to make it look nice even tho it was very messy due to shopping bags and a messy toddler, maintenance super helpful since I pump for my baby breast milk and felt like the mini fridge wasn’t cold enough, they changed it right away. The 4 days of our stay we had the complementary breakfast super well served and everyday was something different and yummy. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable although I did not like the too-soft pillows. Sofabed looked old and not nearly as nice as in picture (did not use). Room wall was too thin that I can hear baby cried... Staff friendly and helpful... Guests friendly and polite to each other... Area surrounding the hotel appeared nice and safe. Parking spaces always available... Breakfast was good but lack varieties (no waffle nor bacon the three times I tried... just eggs and sausages among other basics every time). Little inconvenience here and there: I stayed at ALO on two different occasions (for a total of 3 nights) and both time the iron in the room did not work. The ironing board also could not stand up on my first stay. Replacement iron and iron board worked but looked old and cheap. Knobs and switches in the shower sometimes required bruce force to operate...
