Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. My kids loved the pool.

The walls were way too thin. You can hear everyone in their room around you. Watching tv or simply just walking. It was a horrible experience taking a baby there and trying to put him to sleep with all the noise

We love staying here for our Disney trips. They offer breakfast, it’s a 20-30 minute walk to Disney. The beds are very comfortable and our room was the perfect size for our large family. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom light started flashing, we told reception and it was not fixed. Also, our room was not cleaned, until we requested it.

The breakfast was decent and a great start to to the day. They even gave out balloons to kids in the morning which my babies loved. HOWEVER, I'm not sure what kind of training some staff have as some were unprofessional. My family decided we wanted to stay another night and when I called stating I wanted to stay another night the lady at front desk that answered the call did not help me book it. She told me I had to hang up and book online then they can combine the reservations. Which I thought was weird because I thought the front desk usually helps book rooms. Then that same night we spoke to Angelo at the front desk about the changes and confirmed with us that "everything was good to go". Imagine our surprise after a long day at the park when our key for the side entrance did not work!Turns out Angelo did not do what he was suppose to. He did not check us in for our next reservations because the staff member at front now told us that we would need a new key. This is not something we wanted to deal with after a long day. We just wanted to relax in our room but instead we have to check in and explain everything to the front desk. We were then asked for our card again for incidentals which was not done the night before. The man last night was unprofessional and just wasted our time pretending like he was doing his job when in reality did nothing of the sort. I don't think I would recommend this place and I'll be looking to book a different hotel next time.

My family stays at this hotel every time we travel to Anaheim to visit Disneyland. The free breakfast comes in handy, and we are able to walk to Disney from the hotel, as the Disney parking lot and shuttle are immediately adjacent to the hotel.

My stay was wonderful. On the last day it turned a corner. I requested toilet paper and received it in a timely manner, I asked the employee about the time they stopped serving breakfast. I was told by the employee it was done by 10am I came down and 930am and missed breakfast due to the actual ending time of serving food to be 930am. I was frustrated because my family and I could not eat in the morning and we were forced to go pay for an unplanned meal in the morning. Overall my experiences good at the hotel and I would stay there again.

Great breakfast and very easy access to free shuttles to Disneyland. Nice family hotel overall.

Clean hotel, conveniently located for Disney. Filling breakfast for the family. We picked a room with bunkbeds for the kids - worked great! My only reason for not rating 5s across the board was there was a lack of quality service. The location is so "contactless" that the app is the best way to get support. You have to request housekeeping otherwise you have no towel refreshes. Our room door battery died and there was zero urgency as we sat in the hall waiting for maintenance to break into our room for over 30 min. No apologies. No concern. That was the a moment I didn't feel cared for at all. But other than that - nice facility.

Great value and convenient if you're doing Anaheim attractions. Even more convenient if you're strictly doing the Disney parks. Property was clean, quiet, and check-in was a breeze. Lots of families around but the property is large so it doesn't feel as crowded. Free breakfast is good, nothing fancy, just fuel up and go. The rooms are adequate for a parks stay; clean sheets and powerful AC. The property is right next to the Toy Story parking lot, so take advantage of its proximity and take the free shuttle. You will have to walk two blocks into the lot, but is worth the time save. This hotel will probably be my first choice for Disney trips: price, convenience, and amenities concerned.

Our first time to stay at this Hampton Anaheim location and was absolutely delighted to stay here with my family. Shout out to the team that assisted with birthday balloons and a treat bag for my son! It was so convenient to prepare birthday waffles early in the morning for him and surprise him with the complimentary balloons! The hotel was clean, beautifully renovated and easy to park/ to come and go. Staff was helpful and accommodating. If there was anything I could share for improvement it would just be the breakfast options. The breakfast is expected for what is universally served but I would be willing to pay extra for this. For example adding vegetables to add to the eggs and potatoes or more fresh fruit selection. In fairness my kids had no complaints and were satisfied! Gym accommodations were excellent and pool area was relaxing and inviting. Would highly recommend and would happily return for future stay. Thanks so much!!
