The location was ideal regarding nearness to family home. The hot breakfast was simple but very good (the auto pancake maker was out of order - i wanted to see how it worked). Beds were comfortable - not hard.

Pro I really appreciated that the front desk guy brought a fan to our room after our late night check-in.
Con Our key cards were not activated properly, making Our late night check-in inconvenient. Parked, unloaded the car, got the kids out, got up to the door, but could not get in. I had to run around to the front desk, get the key cards actually activated, then run around back and let everyone in.
Pro slippers provided at the front desk
Con Coffee is only available During breakfast hours. Lobby coffe machine was “out of order” During our entire three day stay, and chilled water dispensers are only occasionally filled
Pro We enjoyed breakfast every morning… Bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal with cranberries and walnuts, a pancake machine, cereal and bagel varieties, bananas and oranges, milk juice & coffee.
Con Breakfast area staff refused to open the door just after breakfast hours when so we could grab a fork
Pro Outdoor pool area was a lot of fun
Con Pool towels are rarely stocked or available
Pro Front desk was agreeable to pushing checkout by an hour when my daughter wasn’t feeling well and Provided extra towels and washcloths when we asked

The property is good . Services are fine . The reason I took off two stars because breakfast areas . There was one family with 4 kids running around touching most of the foods and spilled them on the floor. I lost my appetite and went to out for breakfast

I have stayed at this hotel before, and I enjoyed my first stay. We were in the hotel to sleep and were out most of the day. This last trip we got back from Disneyland late and there was no parking in the front of the hotel, so we were asked to park in the back. There were only 3 other cars in the back and a car was hovering around watching my daughter and I unload the car. We witnessed someone slip through the gate earlier that day as well, so it’s not truly “gated off” to people on foot since there is a gap in the fence. We woke up the next day to our rental car being completely vandalized. The cameras at the hotel are completely fogged/calcified over so the hotel manager couldn’t see anything at all on the recording. So, the cameras were useless. The hotel staff didn’t seem shocked at all and weren’t really apologetic even though it happened on their property behind the gate. We had to call the police to file a report. The areas around the hotel don’t really seem that safe either. We will not be staying there again.
Other than that, the rooms are clean and seem fairly up to date. The breakfast is okay, but not good enough for us to wake up early for it. The eggs are powdered eggs, and there wasn’t many choices for fruit or cereal for my kids.

It was a great place to relax and wind down from Disneyland. Lots of families with young children stayed here (including out own) and could not hear them thru the walls.

I had to ask to change rooms because the guests next door were very loud,kids & adults screaming sounded like banging on walls . Receptionist was nice to move us to another room. But we could hear every toilet & shower arpund us along with pipe noises. I guess insulation is terrible. And im NOT a light sleeper. Employees were very nice even in dinning room. But the hotel needs major renovation

So Disappointed appointed me and my family stay here often and this time around we are staying 3 nights we first arrived, and the first room we were put in was completely disgusting we were changed rooms, and that room was up to standards I have came across roaches on the second level and then we got complaints our second night that my baby was crying too much as he’s nine months and teething and was asked to change my room for the inconvenience I said OK, and the room that they put us in was infested with ants after setting and done we were able to stay in our original room very disappointing as we’re here celebrating Valentine’s Day with our babies

This place is a rip off. They are charging me for anTV that they say I damaged. I never damaged a tv, $450 I checked out at 1140 and I got a charge at 5pm with out any kind of notice! Also there were ants in our room, loud music, their walls are very thin so I had to turn up the supposed damage Tv to block out the neighbors doing who knows what. I even had other team mates family stay here with us. A huge disappointment and will never stay here again!

I was disappointed to know 30 mins from checking in I received a call stating the handicap room I reserved because I am handicapped was not available and was told I was being upgraded because there was a problem with the plumbing in the room I reserved and the guy said I can upgrade you to a double queen because you reserved a handicap room. I advised that it’s because I’m handicap. I did not like the new room, it was farther for me to walk and get to and it was a smaller room too. So there was no upgrade and we’ve always stayed at your hotel when we’re in town but definitely looking for a new place to stay when in town visiting family. Couldn’t even get a discount because the guy said we were upgraded. Very disappointed.
