room is large, provided necessary household for family. very comfortable. Staffs are very nice and courtesy.

Took a family vacation to Disneyland with our 3 adult daughters & our baby daughter. Family suite had 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of space of everyone & privacy. Room was clean & staff was helpful. Price was decent & we would definitely book here again

It was clean and breakfast was great. We are a family of 7 and we’re very comfortable.

We had a good week at this hotel. Pros: good breakfast variety every day, comfortable beds, full kitchen for cooking, kids enjoyed afternoon hot chocolate bar, short cab ride to attractions. Cons: pool was unheated most of the week and dishes & cutlery in our room’s kitchen were sparse. But overall, happy with our choice.

It totally met our family's needs

Checked in on 6/5/2023 and checked out on 06/11/2023. During our stay the wifi and TV Internet providers (Netflix,Hulu,Prime) were unavailable, property stated their internet provider's server was down and was out of their control. Provided free parking ($9.00 per night) for this inconvenience. Went to the hotel pool on two different days, water was extremely cold. It seems they do have a pool water heater but only turn it on briefly as we felt the warm water coming from the jets but then turned off. On-site laundry did not wash our clothes properly, dryer left clothes extremely damp. Had to hang clothes all over room and blow dry most items. Property sits next to freeway with a ditch in between. First night there witnessed 2 men and a female stealing copper wire from somewhere in the ditch and load it into their car that was parked next to hotel. On our fourth morning, a homeless man with a full face mask was lying on the property's grass under a tree. Man appeared intoxicated as he was twitching his arms and legs everywhere. Property states rooms are "smoking free" but our room smelled like cigarette throughout our stay. I was highly disappointed with most of my stay at this property, especially since we had our 2 small children.

Comfortable and cozy studio. Really convenient for our family trip

Our stay was exactly how we’d hoped. Close to family and all the amenities of home. The breakfast was a huge bonus. The property allowed to lay around for the three days we were there. Not just a piece of trash but a bag of trash and growing daily. I’m sure the location of homeless brings its added need to clean up the property would be responsible for, sadly.

The hotel informed me that they don't even have rooms with king-size beds after I booked the accommodation based on the website's claim that I could get a king bed. The website claimed I could get a crib for my 3-year-old, but the customer care representative informed me that they don't even provide that. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone traveling with children because the stay was so uncomfortable.

This is a very nice facility for families visiting Disneyland-the unit that I stayed in was like a mini apartment. Very good for an extended stay. I was there for convention for 2 nights. It was nice and cousy like being at home, but I felt like I was waisting space. Nice to eat in your own kitchen though! The Operations Manager was very professional and courtious.
