Rooms were nice, straight forward though my room didn’t have the cleanest sofa cushions. Other than that it worked well for my family of 4. 2-3 min walk to Garden walk and a bunch of restaurants all around. If going to disneyland probably about a 10 min walk. Parking was included which is located in a gated garage underground with plenty of parking from there you can take the elevator directly to your floor. Has a bar/restaurant in the lobby, along with a little mart to buy some snacks. Pool is decently sized and appeared clean with a lounging area that could probably use a bit more shade. I’d definitely stay here again.

Couple of blocks away from Disney. Traveling with kido easy parking. Plenty of places for dinning.

Staff were lovely and the cafe on site was convenient. The room was clean enough but still has dust and crumbs around edges of room. The air con unit from other rooms made noise all night. I sleep easily but found it hard with the noise as did my family. Overall nice but not sure I’d stay again

Location is great! We stayed for 2 nights and did 2 days at Disney and the walk to Disney wasn’t bad. There were restaurants close by which was nice. Beds were not comfortable at all! Us and our kids slept terrible both nights. Our biggest complaint was the double charge for our stay and then the multiple charges that occurred during our stay. Spoke with the General Manager who couldn’t explain why we were charged double for the room or why my card was charged 3 more times during our stay. Totaling it up, there was almost $900 in unauthorized charges. Luckily we planned good for our vacation and the missing money from our bank account didn’t affect our trip, but this could’ve been a very different story for another family. Currently waiting for the money to be refunded which unfortunately could take 5-7 business days. Not happy at all and will never stay here again.

A couple days at Disney for family of 4. Loved the location. Walked to park both days. Underground parking garage felt very secure and appreciated that it was not an extra charge. I found beds to be comfortable. Our room overlooked Katella which is main road so there was some road noise. I’d ask for a quiet room placement next time. Hotel felt very updated and clean. Staff at front desk was helpful and efficient. We didn’t do the breakfast buffet but grabbed coffee at hotel bar before heading out. Hotel restaurant and neighboring Hotel Indigo hotel restaurants are only open for breakfast. Many chain restaurants are within walking distance so we just used an app and got order to go. Fridge in room includes small freezer. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the hidden gem of Disney-area hotels that are in walking distance to the park. At a leisurely pace, my boyfriend and I got to security in about 10 minutes. First off -- staff is incredible. Every single person greeted us and assisted with everything we needed. When I had a question prior to arriving, I messaged through Expedia and someone replied to me within an hour. I don't know that I've ever received such good service from hotel staff before. We were in a King Wellness Suite -- the room was immaculately clean, had an air purifier in the room, and the separate bathtub/shower was glorious after long days in the parks. There was also a pullout sofa, and it was plenty spacious. For anyone that likes to soak or has small kiddos that take baths instead of showers, this is definitely the room for you. The hotel is small, just over 100 rooms I believe, so getting from the room to the lobby is easy as it gets. Breakfast isn't free but it's discounted for guests, and it's so great that they mix buffet and made-to-order on the menu. Food was WAY better than any hotel breakfast I've had before. Parking is FREE. We didn't rent a car this trip but compared to some other hotels that charge anywhere from $25-40 per day, this is huge savings. And with the short walk to Disney or the Convention Center, you can leave the car at the hotel and not worry about paid parking anywhere else, either. Overall everything exceeded expectations. Definitely would recommend.

My first time visiting Disneyland and this hotel was the best one out of the other high priced one I was previously at. My hotel room was clean, quiet, comfortable and family friendly. I loved how we had a fridge and a microwave in our room to warm up my toddlers bottles/food. Not only that but the front desk helped me out a lot. Not only did they give me information on who I can call to get picked up by a shuttle to get to the entrance of Disneyland parks but they also gave me the number to a small scooter business company for my mom who couldn’t walk. They helped make some changes for me. Overall this hotel is the best one here hands down. Definitely recommend 10/10. I’ll be back for my next Disneyland trips in the future!

Stayed here multiple times, we like this hotel a lot for Disney trips. We had a slight issue on check in but staff was nice and took care of everything quickly. If you are on a low floor and get unlucky to have a loud family above you it can get noisy, our first morning we got woken up at 6 am with kids jumping and running around in the room above ours. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable and there are lots of restaurants and a Walgreens and CVS just steps away.

Enjoyed our stay with our family for a trip to Disney. The walk to the parks was easy enough and the staff was friendly and helpful with whatever we needed.

It was only a 10 min walk from Disney. The area was clean and safe. There was some dinning options right around the corner and stores across the street. The hotel lobby and common areas were clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I thought it would be loud with kids since we were by Disneyland, but it was quiet. We will consider staying here again if we can get a good deal again.
