Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

Great spot. Fit the whole family. Downside is the walls are thin. We had people running the halls and could hear every foot step from the ppl above us.

Hotel was very clean! My family loved the room with the separate couch dining area. We stayed here for our Disney trip which was a perfect walking distance to both parks! Definitely would stay here again. The free breakfast was delicious.

This is our first time at Desert Palms. We didn’t expect much but were delighted when we walked into our room. We got a delux studio suite, and it was bigger than the suite we get at our previous, usual, Anaheim hotel. Room was very clean, with plenty of towels for our family if 4. Room also have a step down, away from the beds, that separated the sofabed, a 32" TV, and a dining table with 4 chairs. First night stay, beds were comfortable, the step down to sofabed had lights that were perfect as nightlights. Next day, after a trip to Disney, we asked the ladie cleaning rooms for extra towels, not only was she nice and friendly, she kept offering other things we might need. All staff members were super friendly, from front desk to just a staff making rounds, to the staff at morning breakfast buffet (BTW: morning buffet is FREE from 8:30 - 10:00am). This is officially our new hotel for Disney and Anaheim visits.

I really liked the hotel and my kids really enjoyed it. I would like for beds to be made though during daily house keeping. Other than that, it was really good.

I had a great stay at this property. We stayed here to go to Disneyland and it was very convenient. About a 12 minute walk from the front gate. The room was well maintained and had one of the coldest ac’s I have had at a hotel. It is right next to a 7-11 as well. They had a play area for kids which was really nice as well and they played Disney movies there.

Loved our stay here the breakfast was amazing and the home made salsa was to die for!!! Very friendly and helpful staff, our family had an amazing restful time!!

This hotel was wonderful for my family’s vacation and visit to California. Excellent location to Disneyland, convenient food options nearby and everything is walking distance so you don’t need to drive very far. Rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable.

Location!! Truly a 10 minute walk to Disneyland! Plenty of restaurants, Walgreens and CVS are right out the front door, across the street. Restaurants and coffee are about 5 minutes. As for the front desk, 5*. Friendly, albeit not "Disney" friendly. lol...nice nontheless! The lobby has plenty of room as the families check in. Very clean, comfy and Disney movies playing in the kiddie area. There's also a "food court," with 5 restaurants. We ordered food to be delivered to our room and it was spot on and very good! The room itself was comfortable and clean. Towel Art Dumbo greeted us. =) cute addition. The carpets should really just be removed. They just felt ick, so shoes on at all times. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with bathroom toiletries. You would need to call for anything else you might need and there's a nice little gift shop (little!) in the lobby, but again, CVS and Walgreens are directly across the street. Also, the pool and hot tub, although not terribly big, are perfect for a few minutes of relaxation. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The pool.was the perfect size and depth for kids (5ft was the deepest). Breakfast dining area was large. 10min walk from Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again!
