Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

Very close to Disneyland. A kids play area in waiting room with disney movies playing. Pool & hot tub were great to relax after a long day at the parks. Helpful staff answered all my questions and concerns. Room was very spacious for a family of 5 wjth2 queen beds and sofa bed. This was our second time staying here and i will stay here again our next Disney trip.

The room was clean, staff was courteous, and the complimentary breakfast was great! The ladies who were putting out the breakfast were sweet to my toddler when she started having a hard time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Just a walk away from Disneyland. We look forward to staying here again.

I usually don’t review but want to give a shout out to DesertPalms Hotel staff as they were awesome in taking of our family Breakfast great, very clean only wish they had a shuttle to Disney I know the ART picks up an drops off right next door but we never seemed to be able to catch it at right time Walking ok but when yiu get older as we are that walk after walking all day at Disney was hard however I still give them 5 stars

Great spot. Fit the whole family. Downside is the walls are thin. We had people running the halls and could hear every foot step from the ppl above us.

Pros: Convenient, within walking distance to Disney and some restaurants and stores. Bunkbeds in separate room. The beds were really comfy and the door is a barn door. A cute towel shaped like an elephant. Separate sink and mirror area from main bathroom. Cons: Thin walls. We heard a child coughing all night for several nights next to us. The people above us must have had a lot of sugar because someone kept running up and down the room for literally hours! It was crazy because it was happening during the day and at night. We were almost kicked out on our last day because they couldn't find the reservation even though I had it right on my phone and offered to send it to them. They told me I had to come in person and pay for it. We were at Disney and it really had me upset for a while. During the afternoon we went back to the hotel and wouldn't you know, they found the reservation. Free breakfast. Not really my kind of food but the kids and husband enjoyed it. Overall it's an Ok hotel. The biggest bonus being the bunkbeds. My kids really enjoyed them and it kept the arguing down!

My family and I had a good stay!

Hotel was very clean! My family loved the room with the separate couch dining area. We stayed here for our Disney trip which was a perfect walking distance to both parks! Definitely would stay here again. The free breakfast was delicious.

This is our first time at Desert Palms. We didn’t expect much but were delighted when we walked into our room. We got a delux studio suite, and it was bigger than the suite we get at our previous, usual, Anaheim hotel. Room was very clean, with plenty of towels for our family if 4. Room also have a step down, away from the beds, that separated the sofabed, a 32" TV, and a dining table with 4 chairs. First night stay, beds were comfortable, the step down to sofabed had lights that were perfect as nightlights. Next day, after a trip to Disney, we asked the ladie cleaning rooms for extra towels, not only was she nice and friendly, she kept offering other things we might need. All staff members were super friendly, from front desk to just a staff making rounds, to the staff at morning breakfast buffet (BTW: morning buffet is FREE from 8:30 - 10:00am). This is officially our new hotel for Disney and Anaheim visits.

Great place to stay with kids and close to Disney

The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own room in a hotel. That was pretty unique set up that absolutely worked for our family.
