Two nights stay with family, visiting Disneyland. It is a large two bedroom suite, you can’t beat the location. The plumbing is a little old, understandably since the hotel has been there for years.

Perfect family suites with a separate room for the kids with its own sink and tv. Best family hotel set-up we’ve experienced so far. Just a 10 min walk to Disneyland and restaurants, plus a Walgreens and CVS just around the corner for necessities and snacks. Staff was very kind, especially housekeeping, and having a relaxing hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable, an easy walk to Disneyland, a pool to soak your feet after a long day of walking and a fun theme for the kids.

Brand new visitors to LA and Disneyland (which we found to be quite different from DisneyWorld). Super glad we picked Castle Inn! You literally walk to the corner, cross the street at the crosswalk, turn right and cross a street, walk a tiny bit more, and you are at the edge of the plaza area to enter both parks. I have a knee injury and needed to minimize steps to get to where we could rent a wheelchair. (Note: It is in the plaza area, not in the park.) This worked! The room was big and quiet enough (with the expected your kids around Disney it isn’t realistic to expect total quiet). The beds were comfy, the room was clean and seamlessly re-set for us each day while we were out. It is older but the remodel must have been fairly recent. I’m sure you could get something newer if you pay a lot more but this place worked great for our family at one of the lower prices for the “within 0.5 mile range of Disney’s entrance. Reading reviews, I was a bit worried but this place does deserve its good reviews. The staff were consistently friendly and went the extra mile by allowing our adult kids to park their car there for the day.

I was there with my family for 2nights, had an amazing time. Came back to the hotel only to sleep, spend both days at Disney which was only 5-6mins walking distance.

We just love the Castle motif! It is a beautiful hotel if you want to get into the Disney Castle spirit! There was no wait in the front lobby to check in, and the front desk staff was polite. We got a parking spot right in front of our room, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The room was clean and the air conditioner was easy to use and kept our room from getting stuffy.
The only downsides were the mattresses-- they were okay and honestly, after a long drive and long days at the park, they did the job just fine. Also, and this probably not the hotel's fault at all, but we had a very loud family upstairs. Lots of thumping (we were on the first floor) and pounding from hyper kids probably jumping from bed to floor, or having a dance party..... I am shocked that parents are clueless and don't teach their kids common courtesies of staying in a multi-level hotel, but, that's another topic. Anyway, there was lots of late night and early morning thumping, but again, that could've happened at any hotel I suppose! (But Castle Inn-- perhaps it's time to replace the insulation between walls and floors!) We would definitely come back though. I think I clocked us at a quick 10 minute walk from hotel to the front gate of Disneyland, so that is a huge perk!

Great location-15 minute walk to Disneyland. Well lit at night I felt safe walking back to our room after closing the park. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My family and I have been coming back through the year for the past 5 years. I recommend this property to friends as well

This is such a cute Disney themed hotel! Six of us (4 adults, 2 kids) stayed in one of their two room suites, which was a perfect fit. In addition to the full-size bathroom in the main bedroom, there was a sink and vanity included in the 2nd bedroom, which was a real plus! A second toilet would've made it even better, but you can't have everything. Ha! There was also a door separating the two rooms, which added for privacy as well. Another bonus. Finally, the hotel is just walking distance from Disneyland, which is the greatest bonus of all! Saves on driving and paying for parking! Front desk people were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this place again in the future!

Excellent place for needing a place to sleep for a few days for Disneyland. Parking was awesome, staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a very good experience for us.
The rooms are ok. If you need a place for a family to crash while at Disney, this works great, but if you’re wanting to hangout, this is not the hotel for you. The price was great, especially with free parking and so easy to get to Disneyland. Would definitely recommend.
