Ticked all the boxes - decent rooms and breakfast. Friendly staff and good parking. Good location etc. It was pretty good value for money. Rooms a little bit dated but we got bunk beds for the kids in a little room of their own which they loved. Self service washer dryers a major plus. Really nice pool. Great breakfast included. The main thing that let the place down was the awful bar food we got one evening which really tasted terrible.

Property was phenomenal. Staff was awesome, very knowledgable, helpful and great customer service. Amenities at the hotel was very good i.e pool, hot tub, fitness center and laundry service. Location of the property was really convenient, within 15-20 walk (I had small children) to Disney. Disney parking lot is also located conveniently adjacent to the hotel if you choose to catch a ride with the shuttle instead of walking. Overall amazing experience at this hotel and staff.

Excellent stay for the family! Definitely would come back! Very close to Disney which is exactly what we wanted! The staff treated my family and I with such welcoming hospitality.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was so nice and very cozy. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with many options. Walking distance to park isn't terrible, it was about 15-20 minutes for us depending on if we caught lights. Lots of places to eat at nearby and 24 hour Walgreens next door to shop at for any small things you may need. Full kitchen was very helpful for our family for the length of time we stayed. Didn't get to use the pool, as it was the weather was too cold when we went but it looked very clean. Staff was also friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely book with Hyatt House again!

This property is perfect for families. My children are late teens and very much liked having their own space, including a couch and bunk beds. I appreciated that division of space- even when we weren’t in the hotel for long periods of time. After days spent crowded in a park it’s nice to have some breathing room. The staff was fantastic. It was my child’s 16th birthday and Cecilia had a bag with candy, balloons and Stitch waiting for him in the room. What a lovely surprise. The late check out was also a huge win. We were tired after our last day in the park and it was wonderful to not feel stressed to pack up and get out. Love this hotel and am thankful for such a great staff.

Everything was good except our room was falling apart. The sliding door feel down almost hitting my child and the window shades was broken. Aside from that, the property was a quick walk to Disney, they had good breakfast, the pool was nice stocked with warm towels. I do wish they had more charging station.

Ideal for Disney, safe area, its a 10 minute walk. Lots of places fo eat. The hotel is apartment style, kitchenette, seating area and beds. Good for families without the Disney price tag. Breakfast was a let down, frozen fruit not defrosted in advance so was feeezing cold, cooked breakfast wasnt great, generally not great quality. We ended up in iHop next door, or eating in Disney for breakfast. Otherwise a good stay.

First time at this property and was very impressed by the front desk staff's assistance. Very informative of dinning locations around the area. Very clean environment and the breakfast was very good. Very impressed. The Walgreens was available 24 hours~ Great, especially if you have children and a Starbucks was right on the property. Along with a Pizza Joint. We will surely be staying here again.
