Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn

Friendly employees, perfect for my family to stay.

This is an excellent choice for a family Disneyland trip. The rooms fit our family of three with room for luggage, stroller, snacks, etc. We do run out of room to hang up towels and swimsuits, but the bathroom is otherwise a good size. Our tub backed up while we were out to dinner due to another room’s plumbing issue and they came to fix it immediately! The breakfast is a major plus. We can eat early and rope drop, or sleep in a bit and grab food to bring back to our room. We’re in the pools at least once a trip and soaking our tired legs and feet in the hot tubs is required. One hit tub had no jets/bubbles this trip, but the other one worked fine.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. Shuttle to and from Disneyland parks. Breakfast was very early but amazing. I will stay again and recommend to family and friends.

We stayed for 2 days at Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn to spend our vacation at Disneyland with our two children (ages 2 and 6). While the check-in process was quick and friendly, they were given room #220. Our first night, we returned from Disneyland at 10 PM, planning to go back early the next morning. Unfortunately, our night was terrible. There was a strange noise coming from the ventilation system, and the walls and lights were vibrating. The noise was so loud and disruptive that none of us, including our children, could sleep. We didn't complain to the hotel that night because it was late, but the next morning, we requested to change rooms and went to Disneyland feeling like zombies. Despite our clear distress, nobody apologized; they just gave us a new room. The new room was fine, but the staff's lack of concern was disappointing. It was clear they knew about the problem with room #220 but still assigned it to us, perhaps because we had young children. This ruined our children's first experience at Disneyland. I have never left a bad review for any hotel in my life, but this experience warrants it. Please avoid room #220 if you stay here.

Right across the street from Disneyland is a great option for any family. The hotel itself isn’t like standard hotels but for the location, it’s unbeatable. The beds could use some help but, as I said, you’re staying here for the location.

Direct walking route to Disneyland. Very accessible hotel and good parking. Hot breakfast included in stay. Clean and comfortable for the whole family.

This property was amazing for being so close to the theme parks. We were allowed to check in a little early free of charge. Rooms are clean specious enough for our little family to sleep comfortably. Will definitely be staying here for future trips.
