Inside was great, clean, friendly staff. Dislikes - No parking, $50 a night for valet parking, outside the building is rough, Probably wont go again with kids.

One of the best Hampton Inns I’ve ever stayed in. Room and lounge was so clean and I enjoyed their complimentary hotel shampoo, bodywash, and lotion. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were attentive and friendly. I felt very taken care of. I wish there was a pool but this is probably a hotel more for business and not families so not their fault. Stay if you’re in town!

Went to check into my room and was told that no more king sized beds with a city view were available because they overbooked. Was a given a room with two beds with a family above me that made noise late into my first night as well as early into the next morning. Huge inconvenience to me and my stay. No manager was available all weekend nor did one attempt to contact me after leaving my complaint.

Room layout makes no sense and not safe for children: bedside tables have really sharp edges that I hurt my elbow really bad. Internet speed is extremely slow at 5mbps for downloading!!! Windows are so thin that I would wake up from street noises at 2am everyday, and I could hear my neighbor roll up their curtain or watch TV. But the worst noise came from the ventilation in the bathroom, wow....It's loud even after closing the bathroom door. Staff are very friendly though.
