My stay would have been rated excellent for all categories but unfortunately my experience was marred by some other guest that was clearly smoking with smell permeating the hallways and my room. Disappointing since this was advertised as a no smoking hotel. Thankfully, this did not happen during the whole stay but if you have little ones staying, and we did, it's especially annoying.

This hotel is scheduled to close next month to house migrants, etc., which is such a shame as Alameda only has one really nice place to stay. We were really disappointed as we travel to Alameda frequently to visit family. Possibly corporate would reconsider closing this property?

Check in was fast, was there for my kids . Attending a concert at the Chase Center in Frisco . So travel time was decent timing, just crossed the bridge and back in no time. Big clean room for my wife and three teenagers. Would definitely stay there again

I have to say the reviews were right! I literally read hundreds of reviews of various hotels in Oakland where I would feel safe staying with my daughters. And literally the only one that sounded safe was this hotel. And it was that and more! I would def recommend this place to anyone with children or adults traveling with for business. It’s clean, safe, the area around it is safe. Great service and very nice. Will def be back! They even connected us with a local car service who took great care of us. Thnku!!!
