Chamberlain West Hollywood

This hotel was very pretty great location, but I was very upset to find out that the rooftop pool was closed. I did not know that when I booked this hotel was very disappointed for me and my family as we booked two rooms and did not anticipate not enjoying the rooftop pool, we were not told at check-in either was up to the pool to find out. It was locked. Went down to the lobby to speak to a gentleman and he didn’t seem to care very much.

Family of four. We had a wonderful stay with our two little kids. The rooms were very spacious - something we had particularly been looking for. At check-in we got a room with just one king bed for four sleeps. Upon our request we got another room with two queen beds which was perfect for us. So possibly watch out for this when booking more than two sleeps. The rooms were nice, quiet and extremely clean. We didn’t find anything to complain about. We had nice breakfast every morning with a small but very good menu and a really exceptional service. Special thanks for that. The rooftop pool was small but nice and clean and with a good service as well. Our kids liked the swimming fun, we liked the nice view. The hotel is close to some good restaurants on Sunset Boulevard and we took a Uber for as little as $10-12 to the attractions at Hollywood Boulevard. A pickup point for the hop-on bus was just a short 10min walk away. So for us it was the perfect location for our three day stay in LA.
