Super friendly staff, bar/restaurant was wonderful for both us and our kids, and pool views couldn’t be beat.

I booked this room as a treat for my friend and her son visiting for the day from Northern California. It was his birthday celebration. I went to the hotel days before to make some special requests and the man behind the front desk assured me he would accommodate my requests with an upgraded room and a small treat for he kid’s birthday. When we checked in they assigned us one of the worst rooms in the house and there was no treat. The red headed front desk representative was snippy and said that no one ever complained about that room ( even though he admitted it didn’t have a bathtub and the bathroom was much smaller than their other rooms.). His attitude was awful. The hotel is also very dated and in need of a makeover. Way better choices in the area.

My family and I were in town attending a concert at the Whisky A Go-Go, and loved the convenience of being able to walk just a few hundred feet to the venue. The staff was wonderful and the room was amazing. Loved the giant bathtub there. The complimentary breakfast the following morning was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to others that are attending events at the Whisky, or just want to be in the heart of the historic Sunset Strip. Two big thumbs up. I'll definitely return the next time I visit the West Hollywood area!

Beautiful property with impeccable staff. Each person We encountered was friendly and attentive. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are so cozy, great views on the rooftop pool. They are not just pet friendly but just as attentive to my little Fur baby. Def will stay here again
