Love this place child friendly, clean, and hotel is non smoking

The elevator was broken and we waited for 15 minute with our children and luggage before we decided to take the stairs instead. The hotel staff seemed unaware that the elevator was broken. The towels had yellow stains on them. Overall this was a convenient hotel with a reasonable rate but I would not stay here again

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a crib brought up, breakfast vouchers for a good price, and kids eat free with an adult ! Full service restaurant and bar very nice

The second night the water wasn’t hot and my family couldn’t really take a shower the right way, that’s the only thing that wasn’t pleasant about it but everything else was ok.

Did a short one night stay with wife and toddler. Clean, easy process, affordable. Breakfast was simple (nothing fancy) but for a family traveling with a little one, it was convenient and tasty. The free parking and WiFi were a big plus. Only thing was some noise (constant bass pounding) that went on all night and the next morning. Not sure if it was coming from inside the hotel, the one next door, or from a car downstairs, but it was fairly loud enough to be heard on the 5th floor. Luckily the whole family and I were dead tired from traveling all day that it didn't really bother us or interrupt our sleep. Overall, good stay at a decent price in a good location. Would recommend and come back.

Room was really dirty, staff were rude and unhelpful. Place feels unsafe and not somewhere for kids

When front desk staff was great, when we checked into our room we could hear something loud coining from inside the room. When we entered it was the A/C unit. It looked like it was going to explode. It was rattling and shaking very loud. I took a video and went to fro t desk and showed them the video. They right away took care of the problem buy giving me another room and sent their maintenance guy to fix the A/C unit. Our other room was good. The only thing that we didn’t like was the carpet. It didn’t look dirty but when my kids walked barefoot on it their feet would get dirty. We normally never try to walk bear foot in any hotel but kids will be kids. Overall our stay good.

this was a quick solo trip for me. rooms were super clean, i got to see the pool but not use it. seemed like pool area was really nice. bar and restaurant is on site till 10pm. about a quarter mile down there is a huge shopping center with plenty of food and stores which was convenient. one thing i loved is they have dove products for use in their bathrooms which was really nice! only complaint is i used the gym and it was extremely hot in there, and there water machine was broken. other than that great place for familys, couples or solo trips.

I will never again stay at a Holiday Inn hotel because the bad experience me and my sisters whom stayed in two rooms with connecting doors. First room 301 assigned to my sister smelled to marihuana. The stench was awful. She refused the room and was assigned a new room. I stayed on room 303 with my other two sisters. We attended our cousin’s 80th birthday party at his home. Then returned at 10 pm to find out that the connecting room was occupied by youngsters having a party with loud music and talking. Waited until 11 pm hoping they would stop but it was obvious they were there to party. I called the front desk to complain about the noise. The attendant said they were going to take care of the problem. However; after three additional calls to the front desk it was apparent the party wasn’t going to stop it was almost midnight. I asked the front desk to move me to a different room as I was afraid that the party would get out of hand and didn’t feel safe. My sisters and I had to pick up and move our luggage in our pajamas to a room with one queen bed and had to wait for a rollaway bed to be brought to the new room 308 for over 20 minutes. We didn’t get to bed until 1:00 am!
