Best Western Plus West Covina Inn

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit our college kids in Azusa. The beds are comfortable, there’s lots of space in the room, and a full breakfast is served. It doesn’t get better than this great value for the price.

Great location for our family event

We arrived at the hotel after driving for 9 hours straight to attend a family wedding the next day. Upon arrival, we were told that there would be no hot water the following day (the day of the wedding) from 9 in the AM until 7 PM. That was upsetting news after just getting out of the car, and news you would think the hotel would have let us know about beforehand since the situation was obviously scheduled. It was also frustrating because I had clicked the bullet that indicated payment would be made on-site, but my credit card was charged 3 weeks in advance. Now i have to wait for the hotel to “approve” my refund request since we ended up going two doors down to the Fairfield Inn (where our stay was ver comfortable). Frustrating experience with the Best Western. I will think twice before booking with them in the future.

We had a great night. It was only one night stay, but the service and staff were friendly. We will refer more friends and family. Thank you.

We are so happy that we stayed at the Best Western Plus West Covina. Our stay there was four nights and each day and night was simply wonderful, we could not have picked a better hotel to stay at, from the very beginning of our checking in to our breakfasts every day and the cleanliness of our hotel rooms everything was just perfect I am so PLEASED with EVERYTHING! & EVERYONE! and I can be picky!!! but HONESTLY!!! I had NO reason to be. I would like to give a special THANK YOU to a couple staff members Emilio & Luis, for helping us with all our accommodations and making us feel right at home they never hesitated to help or ask if we needed anything else and the rest of the stuff they were wonderful even the staff in the breakfast area they were so accommodating and eager to serve or help with whatever we needed for our breakfast meal the food was always fresh and it was never empty or old! From the coffee to the cereal to the breads to your main course such a great variety of choices and always fresh THANK YOU Best Western Plus West Covina WE WILL DEFINITELY always be staying at your facility when we come into town. We were there for a family event and my husband and myself had one room and Our 2 daughthers's and their families each had their own Rooms, So we accommodated three rooms and We are All very pleased with our stay.
