Best Western San Dimas Hotel & Suites

This is our "go-to" place when visiting our family in the San Dimas area. The cooked-to-order breakfast is perfect and the staff for both the breakfast area and the hotel are so professional and friendly. The pool area is lovely and makes you feel like you are staying at a resort!

My recent stay at San Dimas Hotel was quite disappointing. The first issue I encountered was with the plumbing in my room. The toilet was clogged, and when I called the manager for assistance, he informed me that he couldn't fix it and suggested that I come downstairs and get a plunger to fix it myself. This lack of responsiveness and willingness to address the problem was quite frustrating. Furthermore, the amenities provided in the room were severely lacking. There was a shortage of soap and shampoo, and I had to practically beg the staff to provide me with enough for my stay. It's unacceptable for a hotel to not have basic toiletries readily available for their guests. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they advertised a complimentary breakfast. However, this turned out to be false advertising. when my child ate my omelet by mistake, I asked the cook if he could make another one for me, but he rudely refused. Overall, I found San Dimas Hotel to be subpar in terms of both service and amenities. The lack of responsiveness to maintenance issues, the insufficient supply of toiletries, and the false promise of a complimentary breakfast left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this hotel to others, especially for families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free

It was terrible. I had older brother & sister with me on family trip. Brother has walking issues. We check in at 9:00pm and as I walk away desk person says oh by the way the elevators are broke. He put us on second floor. Guest in hotel helped lift my brother up to second floor. When they get to room it has one bed in it. There are 3 of us☹️ I walk bacak down furious and he says, oh sorry let me see what I can do for you like he is doing me a favor. I asked where Mgr is and he said she took the night off, really?? Poor poor business. Now how am i going to do breakfast in the morning? I go down to speak to Mgr who called in sick. Shameful shameful and nobody knew anything more. The only person who helped was the kitchen woman who was able to give me a tray to bring breakfast up the stairs. This hotel was a hot mess, and could have been fixed with some leadership. Never again

My kids and i had a great stay. Quiet, very friendly, great breakfasts. Also, very well located for restaurants and bars.

Comfort Suites is exactly what they are. Rooms, public areas, good breakfast choices and helpful staff. We have stayed here twice as our son and family live 4 miles away. We will go back.

The hotel was very quiet, I felt like I was the only one there. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was the only one to use the jacuzzi during my stay and it was wonderful after a long day visiting with friends and family. The bed was so comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of delicious options to choose from including a fresh made to order omelets and waffles. If I'm in the area again I will definitely return.

We came to CA hoping to see my dying father-in-law before he passes. Unfortunately by the time we got there he had passed. My family was falling apart it was 10:00am and I knew it was to early to check in. I didn't know where I could take my family to be alone and grieve. I decided to go to the hotel and maybe they would let us have a quiet corner. When we got to the hotel. I told the very kind desk clerk my situation. A few entries into her computer and she said, "your room is ready.". Wonderful words to my ears! My family was able to be together and privately grieve for our loss. I will have that memory with me forever. Thank you for putting my family first. The hotel is lovely, quite and reasonably priced. Very Sincerely, Pop's daughter -in-law

This hotel should be offered at half the price. I was embarrassed to have my family stay there. They were in town for two weeks, I moved them to another hotel after the first night.
