Comfort Suites Near City of Industry - Los Angeles

The staff is always friendly when my family and I stay. The breakfast is always good. They’re doing improvements of the interior which is coming along nicely!

Management is amazing - staff amazing - 1 of the staff upon arrival was a little rude so I thought by it actually turned out just not to be a good night for her (we are all human and have bad days sometimes) however she still took care of me and was nice after a bit. I had a small issue no need to mention what it was because they took care of me immediately. My family if 6 enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Side note - breakfast was good Bt ice machine was broken by front desk provided ice for us so again we were taken care of. Thanks for a great experience ‼️❣️

We have stayed here for family events several times. It never disappoints it is clean. The people are very friendly. We travel with children and they were very comfortable which is a big plus for tired parents after hours of driving.

I was originally scheduled to stay at this property for the entirety of my trip. However, upon receiving our room it was not what I was expecting at all. The pictures look really nice and the reviews were great. When we entered our room we were greeted with many unpleasant smells. The room smelled like there had been water spilled on the carpet and moldy smell. There was also a very strong smell of marijuana. The walls in the room had liquid splattered on them. The refrigerator leaked water and there was a wet spot in the carpet. We were travelling with two small children and I did not feel comfortable at all having my children in a room that filthy and smelly. Since it was late and were tired from our flights we spoke to the concierge and he was very nice and attentive and did offer us another room straight across from the one we got. That room definitely smelled better but it still was not clean. As I walked in I noticed there was plastic tags on the floor and crumb trash on the floor. The bathroom looked like it had been wiped down but the countertop was sticky. Mind you, this room had just been "cleaned". I apologized to the gentleman helping me and told him we could not stay there. He helped me check out the following morning and we looked somewhere else to stay. I do understand the hotel is undergoing remodeling and maybe other rooms in the hotel are much better kept than the one we got but that room definitely needs a lot of attention.

The beds were comfortable. Good place for a family of 5. Great service. Breakfast was great.

I really loved my stay at the property. The staff was warming and inviting to my family and I while staying in California. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be staying again in the summer to come!

Stayed just one night with family, not best location, however the place was clean, exceptional front desk customer service. Breakfast area was clean, family enjoyed the stay, rooms are spacious.

This is a new location which is why I chose it. Besides the point that it was new, I really liked the hotel itself. This was my first time staying at this brand and I must say that due to this experience I will most definitely seek this same chain of hotel in the future. Very nice, comfortable, affordable, etc. Loved the "modern" look! I have family in this part of town which is why I stayed there and I will return every time i'm in the area visiting family.
