Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites San Dimas, an IHG Hotel

Great customer service. Front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The room was larger than expected, clean and quite comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our grandkids are finicky eaters but loved the great breakfast selection. selection offered. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, coffee, and juice.

close to family and easy to get to. In remodel and had a few rough edges, but generally good short stay was had.

Everything was good but be cautious of the breakfast. The biscuits and gravy upset both mine and my child’s stomach.

We’ve been staying here for five years whenever we visit family and it has been “undergoing renovations” the whole time with no visible signs of progress. Getting a bit run down but the furnishings and bed are nice. Last night was our worst stay ever. Constant door banging, buzzing refrigerator, lamp that even if off position still flickered until finally unplugged. The walls are so thin that we heard our neighbors talking and laughing until after 2a.m. In and outside the room.i did not want to report them because they were not being rowdy or inappropriate, just inconsiderate of the time.

Good stop for our family road trip. Room was comfortable and breakfast was great.

At first glance the property was visually appealing. Check-in was easy. Upon walking into the room there was a torn towel on the counter where the coffee maker was and a huge black circle stain on the carpet next to the bed. When looking for extra bedding for the pullout couch, there were only pillows and had to reach out to the front desk to ask for blankets and sheets. Even they were surprised there was not blanket. Our first full day our room was not cleaned. Yet someone did come and take our towels, but did not leave clean ones. By the end of the day of day one the toliet started to leak and we did not realize until the next morning. Breakfast was subpar. Pro, the room was spacious for the kiddos and the area was safe with no homeless people. Would I stay again, possibly if I got a good deal.

Great stay with the kids. They were even flexible with letting us check out a bit late so that after the end of the soccer tournament we were in town for we had enough time to come back to the room and shower before leaving. Also, they had a very nice breakfast spread, with some different offerings for nice variety between the two days we were there. The only downside was they were doing some renovations while we were there that were a bit noisy and the temporary set up for the fitness center was pretty meager. But overall a great stay!😎

Very convenient to our family event. The breakfast was very good. The property will be much nicer once the renovations are complete!

The pros: parking fee is included, free wifi, free breakfast, easy check in, remodeled rooms inside, nice room service, washer/dryer works, locked gates around the property The cons: the hotel layout does give a motel vibe once you have checked in and are looking for your room. Our room was close to the street so we could hear traffic, the hotel elevator is slow/older looking Overall I give this place a 4/5 stars we stayed for two nights. We stayed for a family event for the weekend. Checked in Friday midnight and left Sunday morning. Our cons were not that big of an issue, we would stay again. The price was right and the free food was good and the staff was nice.

In the area for a family special event, our mini-vacation stay at this hotel was great in every way: friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, away from traffic noise, meticulously clean premises, wide variety of good options at complimentary breakfast, rooms facing a large inner courtyard with a lovely garden.
