It was a great family oriented hotel. Very clean and updated. The pool, patio and restaurant very good. We liked the movie at the pool while kids were watching a movie and adults could have a cocktail at the patio bar. Cozy, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff outstanding, helpful and always with a smile. We will be back again.

Since i walked in the lady with the Mexican lady with big cherry nail and wan we walked in she had a upset face. Like if she was bothered. Was super rude and didn't even what to help my family and i. They gave my reservation away and put us in a room with 3 kids 2 male adult. I loved coming here with my family and friends. I guess no more

Loved it ! Front Yard for dining is great. We stayed in the family suite and kids loved having a bunk bed. Great shuttle to Universal.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stay for 2 nights while we enjoyed universal studios with our kids. Plenty to do. Drinks and food is delicious and we enjoyed the amenities.

This hotel was perfect for our family. The free shuttle to Universal ran on schedule and was a very quick ride. All the staff were attentive and very nice. The pool was a great place to hang out and they even showed classic movies every night. Felt like a resort, but very personal and really wonderful. Highly recommended.
