The Westin Los Angeles Airport

I had 2 rooms 506 and 508 for my family 1 night stay. Room 508 has a terrible air conditioner leak. There is an awful dripping noise it makes non stop throughout the night. I tried to call the front desk twice but no answer so I ended up just staying up all night because no way anyone can sleep in that room hearing that loud awful dripping noise all night. $255 per night for a unsleepable room is no good.

The hotel is nice, that being said….if I am a paying guest PARKING AND Wi-FI in the room should be included. There should be more than one small bottle of water for 2 adults and 1 child in the room. I should not have to request more bottles of water, then wait 45 minutes to get them.

My family needed to stay so that they could be close to LAX. The Westin has done an upgrade to their interior since the last time we had to stay there. Looks great. The room was very comfy.

We have stayed many times @ Westin LAX and each time we’re impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, who are always willing to help in any way needed. We’ll be back soon and have recommended this property to many friends and family!

My family and I contracted COVID after just one night stay

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and nice upscale feeling to everything. Room layout was a little clunky for the pullout bed. Bathroom was small. The most upsetting part of this stay was the hotel pickup. Arrived at hotel shuttle pickup site at airport at 11:45 pm. Didn't get picked up until 1:15 am!! I called and they said that shuttles had gone by since i was standing there but that is just not true. I literally monitored every shuttle. None for westin but 8 for marriot and 5 for hyatt house during that time. At least 3 shuttles for every hotel passed by during my time standing there. When they finally picked me up, they made 2 other stops and completely filled the shuttle to the point i had to stand for a mom with baby. There were literally bags rolling all around in the aisles because it was so full. Very disappointed. Hotel front desk was very disinterested in my story when i finally arrived at hotel. Hotel can be amazing but if they cant get you there to enjoy it at a decent hour, whats the point? I'd give this hotel a pass and stay at the Marriott if you are using shuttle airport service.

Although we were only their for one night, we loved the property and our kids loved the pool.

There was a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. It left me stranded in the lobby with my small children for over an hour. Staff were very cold towards me, behaving and approaching me with a “your problem not ours,” attitude about not having record of my paid reservation. Being a customer of theirs I would have expected them to go ahead and let me into my room as we worked to figure out the mistake but instead I was asked to move aside so they could help other patrons.

Amazing experience with family

Very beautiful, elegant atmosphere in lobby and dining/bar areas. Pool looked nice. The bad.... walls seemed thin as I heard a baby crying on and off for hours in the night.
