Very clean hotel! Room was great for our family of 5 with plenty of room and beds. Breakfast was good..and it was nice having jersey mikes and Starbucks right there in the same building! We ordered pizza from the restaurant below as well and it was VERY GOOD! Cons: Parking was a pain, you have to park in the building behind.. sketchy at night and not many spots designated for the hotel.. elevator in the parking garage smelled like urine. The hotel room had like 3 lights in it and was very dark. It was great overall for a few nights before heading to the airport. We would definitely stay again, and the kids loved watching the airplanes coming in to land out of the hotel room window!

I was in a 2 bedroom with my family and for sure it was quite clean and spacious. We did not struggle to get to the Airport since the shuttle was on time. Overall stay was impressive 👏

It was clean and the room was spacious. Had a full fridge and freezer. Bathroom was big and nice. Stayed with my family. Had a full kitchen too with dishwasher. Laundry on our floor.

The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. Great value for the price. Only issue we had was young kids playing soccer in the hallway as we were trying to sleep due to an early flight the next morning. But I don’t fault the hotel for that.

I stayed here for one night in April 2024 on a business solo trip. The main reason for my choice was the hotel’s closeness to the airport after a long and tiresome trip. In the end, I still got their free shuttle, which is fast and often, and runs at the departures level of all terminals - distances here are large anyway. Checkin was friendly, proactive and efficient, and I greatly appreciated the very late (4 PM) checkout offer at a very decent price for the area! Took it gladly. The room was large, with a King bed, wide tv with many options, kitchen, shower-bath and a sort of dressing. It was spotless, visibly new, and also included tea/coffee maker (though quite basic options). I slept like a baby and have no qualms about it. I also appreciated the “Market” (good reasonably priced food / snacks and useful options), the two restaurants (with room service - nice system), and inner courtyard. Lovely in Spring weather. A brave soul was also enjoying the pool - perhaps too cold for me. If there are two minuses these are surely the US-style shower (rain-head stuck to a wall - they can do better, adding a moving handle!); and the breakfast: complimentary but that’s about it. Not even a pancake machine. I went next door to the family-run diner and heartily recommend it. Overall a friendly, clean, efficient lovely hotel.

We planned a family weekend in Los Angeles and I selected this hotel for the out of town folks. This was a great place to stay. It was convenient to the airport and the freeway. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were nice and big. My only complaint was about the parking. It is $54 a day for guests but $23.99 a day for airport parking. Most places give better rates to their customers.

we arrived after midnight and thankfully the check in was smooth. The only downside that I overlook was the nightly charge for parking. The front desk agent said if I parked the car myself in the garage it was half which came to $26. Again, thankfully we only stayed for one night. NOTE TO SELF, CHECK FOR PARKING RATES. The room was big for a family of five and there was food to purchase in their mini store that was heated up in our room.

Our family liked everything: a large room, a lot of comfortable furniture, clean! The photos and descriptions of the room on the website are true to reality. But there is one big minus to staying at this hotel: expensive paid parking: $54 per night!! This situation has upset me and I will no longer stay at this hotel. I paid over $250 for one night at the hotel and $54 for one night of parking!
