Hotel Atwater

Lovely boutique hotel in catalina! So clean, quiet, convenient, great customer service. Stayed with family of 4. Beds soooo comfortable, highly recommend this hotel.

AtWater Hotel is fantastic! Their staff is super nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to resolve any issue for us. We showed up at the property one day prior due to our travel plan change last minute. Instead of turning us away, they looked up the system and tried their best to accommodate the changer. I can’t express my deepest gratitude for the effort. They are patient and helpful and professional. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and upscale. The location is very convenient too. I’d stay at this hotel for all my future visits at Catalina and I’ll absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and family!!

The staff at the facility were nice and courteous! They really took care of me and family. They made arrangements for us to check in early so my kids and I didn’t have to carry around our bags. They allowed us a late check out since our excursion was ending later than the check out time. And they also stored our bags on our last day even though we had checked out until our boat was leaving the Island! Very professional.

It is a very beautiful hotel. The room was beautiful as well but small for a family of three. We would go back again.

Only good thing that came out of this was Molly but me and my significant other waited literally waited 4 hours for a VERY subpar room. The cleanliness was amazing and the maids do deserve a raise for their cleaning services, but the customer service at the front desk was nothing special at all, ALICIA or Alyssa whatever her name is was terrible. I was told she was a new hire but my thing is that we’re not kids, we all know what good customer service IS. She needs to grow up and get re trained, very disappointing and a joke to be honest. It seems like everybody that flooded that lobby got checked in before us and I booked my room WAY in advance, and I know there’s no way all those people had the same booking time as us. DO NOT book here.

We absolutely loved the Hotel Atwater. It was beautifully maintained, and the staff were lovely. We especially appreciate how kind Lily was with the two younger children on our trip who had proposed working for the front desk. She gave them "jobs" to do and helped them make name tags. They had a blast playing and it kept them busy and learning. She was truly wonderful!

My family and I have stayed at Atwater Hotel each visit we make to the island. This visit was especially wonderful because Liam was very attentive and helpful! He is a great asset to your hotel!
