This is mine and my family’s second time staying bay this property. It is great staying here. The sat is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Love that it is in a great area with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance. When there isn’t a concert or something major going on it can be an affordable property to stay at. I will continue to book this property when visiting my son in Pasadena.

Stayed there for 1 night with my newborn and toddler. We walked in and the entire room smelled like someone had been smoking there for days. Disappointed!

The price is good. But the doorman did not tell me that I could self-park in the same parking structure that he could provide valet parking service. The doorman did not allow me to leave the vehicle outside the door for a few more minutes so I could brought my luggage to my room. In stead I have to leave the luggage in the lobby with my family before I could finish self-parking.

We have stayed there before,hotel is located near family. Every time we come to visit family or attend family events the Hilton is where we stay.
