This hotel was very good. The size of the room was great being that we have 5 kids and we all slept comfortably. Breakfast was also very good.

The absolute best hotel in Los Angeles, I loved it for my family trip. Lot's of room, great food, next to a Chipotle, and easy parking. Perfect!!

My family member was admitted to the hospital for a very serious surgery so we decided to get a room at the Hyatt House. I can’t express how wonder every employee was and how it made a positive impact on one of the hardest weeks of my life. Jaime at the front desk helped us every day as we had to extend our stay due to setbacks at the hospital. He made sure we were able to stay in our room and have a little stability. Having a place to go to when we needed a breather was well worth the cost. Thank you Jaime and all of the wonderful employees.

Let me start with the folks that worked there were kind and most interactions were pleasant! My first impression I was not impressed with the age of the rooms. You could tell they did some updating but for instance the bathroom shower and door were pretty outdated. That overall was okay. My two bigger challenges were getting bugs killed and cleaned out of my shower. There were some water bugs in the shower that ultimately is not in the hotels fault for having and maintenance came up timely to spray and kill bugs in shower but at no point was the shower cleaned and the bugs remained dead on the shower walls and ceiling. It was asked to be cleaned or to move rooms. Housekeeping came and the shower was still not cleaned although the rest of the room looked tidy.
Lastly, We were a family of 5 that’s stayed for 6 nights. We were at Disney for 12 hours each day and showered daily. Housekeeping staff only left 3 towels at a time in our hotel (2times) and when asking for additional towels we were limited to 4 at a time. That was frustrating as there were five of us trying to ration when we can and cannot use towels to shower. We made it work but found it inconvenient and a policy that didn’t make sense if more than 4 people can stay in a room.

The hotel was filled with so many middle school students upon arrival. While they can’t help who stays in the hotel, they should be staffed properly. One person trying to check out a long line of kids purchasing little things from the store left me waiting for a very long time to check in.
Then they were running the hotel lobby, elevators, and hallways at all hours. Upon checking out the girl at the front desk was less than kind.
This hotel does charge $38 a day for parking which makes the lower rate less appealing. They will put a $500 hold on your card for incidentals and random amounts will also be pending on your card throughout your stay. They do not offer daily cleaning service to your room. Only every 3 days. The room has 3 towels. You need to ask for more, but good luck not having to wait a while they service the many children running around. Supervision or these young adults should have been required with the stay. The area doesn’t have a lot of food options close by. The train noise can be disturbing if you are not a heavy sleeper. Overall I would not recommend and won’t stay again.

Delayed check-in due to our rooms not being ready —even after our check in time. The front desk was very nice about it. I was told our family couldn’t have an adjoining room based on the room type we booked only to walk into our room and seeing it was adjoined to another persons room. Parking is a short walk so make sure to use the bag rollers to unload when checking in before you go and park. Also, it didn’t bother the kids, but from our room I hear the train all night. It was kind of annoying. The stay wasn’t bad, it was just okay. I will say the room was clean and everyone was polite. I won’t be staying at this location again. It wasn’t the best for traveling with small children.

Bed was very uncomfortable we stayed in room 332. Bed was so soft that we would sink in. Very comfortable kids screaming down the hallway at 6 am didn’t have a comfortable rest.

I didn’t like that the people above our room had kids, and the kids kept running and jumping. We called front desk to ask them to please stop the running. After a few minutes passed it seems like they started doing it harder to jump and run. Other then that everything was great.

Our room was so cute and designed really nicely. My kids loved it. We ended up getting sick our last day of our trip and the hotel made for a comfortable day in. Easy to have food delivered. The staff was so nice and helpful. Free breakfast was great, again my kids loved it. Chipotle and Dunkin’ were very easily accessible from hotel. We did laundry, got ice cream from the market in the lobby, and had I not been sick, I would’ve made use of the fitness room and pool.
