Loved it and my kids loved it as well best room I've ever stayed

Great staff! They were friendly and very helpful. Staff called when a family member forgot a valuable in the room to let us know that they found it. Hotel is close to CSULB which we were visiting. Didn't stay there very long but we will return if we are in the area again.

Our stay was pretty great. We stayed here because it was part way between universal studios and Disneyland and was reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised by how big the room was and the location having such good family owned restaurants around. They had complimentary breakfast in the morning, but we didn’t get up early enough to try any of it (it’s a nice perk though!). The only complaint about our stay was that my card had 2 separate holds for the entire amount of the stay and by the time I noticed it I was told that I’d have to wait 5-10 business days for the money to get refunded to my account. It’s not so much that it happened (because I get paying ahead of time and then having a deposit) but I was mainly annoyed that when I brought it up to the front desk I was told “oh yeah that’s been happening a lot and a lot of people are getting mad”. Which tells me this is a common issue and they should be altering customers ahead of time that even if their card is pre-authorized before their stay, they will also be having a hold of the entire amount as well, essentially costing double until the deposit is released and the money is refunded/posted back to their bank account.

Room was large. Breakfast provided which included some hot items (eggs, sausage). We had a lot to do in Long Beach, and this was a good location for us. Some of the visitors with children were noisy, especially in the pool area, but we really weren't in the room that much. We were on the second floor, and we often heard knocking and other noises coming from above us. The price was reasonable compared to many other places in that area.

We had messy, busy children and housekeeping always did a great job cleaning our room. Kudos to them. Enjoyed our stay here. thank you so much

So accommodating, Clarissa was very helpful in getting our family group on the same floor close to one another and get most of us early check in. Great complimentary breakfast, good coffee and food options. Clean rooms, fun pool area but parking in tricky. Get there early for best parking and to beat getting stuck in small spots from other guests who park crooked purposely.

My family loved the stay!

They withdrawn my room price from my debit card early in the morning around 4am before I check in at 3pm & when i check in they charge my debit card again . as a result They charged it twice.. I asked them for the refund and they said it will be back to my debit card in 24hrs but it wasn’t .It takes a week waiting for my refund .. Please be aware of that and i’m not recommending this hotel to my family and friends no more ..
