Staybridge Suites Long Beach Airport, an IHG Hotel

Hotel and room were generally good. Good size and kitchen was nice. Bath was a little outdated, but clean. Breakfast was good with a great variety. A few sirens at night but nothing that kept us up all night. This was our first time staying at a Staybridge and initially I thought I had found a new go to for our family, but unfortunately that changed. We were there for soccer, and, unfortunately my daughter got sick and was not able to compete so we headed home early. The hotel would not reimburse us for the second night we were not using. I understand it is within policy, but most places we have stayed over the years for soccer have always gone above and beyond if last minute changes needed to be made for rainouts or other uncontrollable factors. Hotels.com contacted the property to try and work out a refund, but the hotel denied it so we don’t plan to book with the chain again. Customer service is huge and when the manager stood there looking at me with my sick daughter and denied the refund, it spoke a lot about the chain’s priorities….profit over guest relations.

Great place to stay for my son’s college graduation with family and friends

I really get annoyed when I book thru Expedia or other hotel websites and the hotel decides to put you in a "accessible" room to save money. Additionally, I have family members that would require an "accessible" room and I would advise them to not book this hotel based on the room I was given. How is a room with a bathtub/shower considered accessible?

This was an excellent option for us traveling as a family, with the kitchen and breakfast provided. The fold out mattress quality was very poor, but otherwise, we had a very good experience.

Checknin was easy. Plenty of space for my family in 8. Loved the 2 bathrooms. Honestly the perfect space.

All around amazing and the free breakfast is great! Thank you for treating us so well! Definitely coming back when we visit family!

The stay was great… the suite was huge and clean…to accommodate my family….. breakfast was good except the watery drinks-apple juice/orange juice…😄 overall - I’d stay again …..safe travels….

My family of 5 stayed in the 2 queen bed suite. It was very clean and i am so happy we had a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the free breakfast was convenient. My kids enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the free washer and dryer since we stayed 11 days it was very helpful with my two kids. We would stay here again anytime. Thank you for an amzaing time.

I ask multiple times for them to fix the fridge all my food went bad and my little baby milk , when I got back my room smelled disgusting because they did not fix my fridge like they said at 2:00 am in the morning they exchanged my room finally and I had to wake my baby up so we can exchange rooms at that time . I went inside the other room and there was a cockroach in the kitchen I show her the roach it was horrible.
