Good room, GREAT bed (slept like a baby). I would stay here again, no issues whatsoever.

Never assign an upstairs room to a family with children. I had kids above me and a barking dog next door. We went to the pool for some quiet then several unattended children showed up and were very loud and out of control, turns out they were children of staff, not guests.

Clean & Very comfortable beds. The pool is beautiful BUT filled with screaming kids! Not relaxing at all. (Reception told the kids to be quiet but they were only louder). Please implement Adult/Quiet swim times! (After all Adults are the ones paying the bill!) Everything was clean however the sink sits very high so water splashes on everything, especially the mirrors. The shower was great but there’s not enough towel racks in the bathroom. (These are just suggestions to improve on…) It’s a nice hotel. I would stay there again.

Came back from a Cruise at 9am and the hotel was able to accommodate me and my family by allowing us to check-in early. Rooms are clean and remodel. Beautiful clean pool area with plenty of seating. All the staff very helpful. Thank you!

Check in was great. no issues there. All the problems came the next morning. I stay here every couple of months for work. I get back to my room at 2am usually so I expect to sleep to at least 8am (Otherwise I would drive whom to my house in Temecula but my kids would wake me up, so I choose this hotel) At 6am I can hear the guy (Either above or next to me) talking loudly about how he got in trouble for being too noisy yesterday. By 7pm he has his kids swimming in the pool at 7am as loud as can be. At 8am the cleaning gal knocks on my door loudly, i get up to answer and she asks if I am checking out to day. I say yes, but check out is 11am, why in the world is she knocking on someone's door, on a Saturday morning, BEFORE check out? Seriously. I can absolutely understand a hotel has little control over loud guests, but this is the 2nd time I have stayed here and this housekeeper has done this. It's absurd .

The Hotel was nice, everything was very clean. The pool looked beautiful to bad it was cold. I will be back in summer time for sure with my family. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed one night with the family. Rooms were spacious, property was clean.

We had a good stay. The kids age 2 and 7 liked the pool. We appreciated the recommendations for dinner and breakfast.

Booked a one night stay for a family of 5. Get to the room and it’s only two full size beds. We call the front desk and ask for a rollaway since there isn’t enough space for everyone to actually sleep. They call back and say they have another room, after telling us they didn’t that has a couch and we can switch. We think great that works but we get to the room and it’s a literally couch that doesn’t fold out. Also no blankets, sheets or pillows we provided and we once again had to request. When booking the knew we had 5 people but don’t have rooms that accommodate 5. If we were staying more than one night it would have been a bigger issue
