My family & I had great time. No issue with hotel room—super clean & products provided where high quality & smelled goods. Variety of breakfast & coffee/juices. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Would recommend & stay again!

zero hospitality at checkin. Hallways, elevators were filthy. Carpets and tile floors desperately needed to be cleaned. I really didn’t have a good feeling of what the room would look like. As soon as we got inside the small area in front of the bathroom, I could also right away visibly see that the room was not properly cleaned. The tile floors had splotches on them that would easily come off if it had been mopped. They was hair on the floor. I saw all of this within a few seconds. The bathroom had hair on the floor there was hair on the new towels on the wall. There was particles and debris on the ground. I ended up taking a baby wipe and trying to clean up some of the spots so that my kids socks wouldn’t get filthy but they ended up being gray within 20 minutes. There were no snacks in the shop near reception. For the day I was there they were literally left empty which is pathetic. We went down for breakfast 20 minutes before it ended and there was four apples in a bowl and some sausage links. There were no drinks- there was no bread, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, nothing except those apples and sausage links. A young man was by himself frantically cleaning up instead of restocking. When I checked out about 45 minutes later, I was asked for my room number and presented with a printed receipt on the counter. No one asked me how my stay was. Chose elsewhere.

Have family who live dopwn the street so it worked out perfect location wise. Clean,friendly, and upgraded my room for free. Only place I'm staying in Hollister.

This place is still new, so everything was in great shape and the room was very nice. The staff were very courteous, and I was especially impressed with Beatrix, the breakfast lady. She was so sweet and helpful, and even carried breakfast for my son up to our room for me because I was holding my baby. We'd definitely stay here again.
