Best Western Plus Forest Park Inn

Breakfast should say, for best selection, come early as items will not be refilled. That even includes milk. I as well as three of my grandchildren did not get milk for breakfast. Therefore not only were they out of pancakes, but cereal without milk isn't much good either.

It was an easy check in process as well as an easy check out breakfast was yummy as well the kids always enjoy the pancakes and sausage , the room was clean and fresh no cigarette smell

I like everything, room is clean, 2 queen bed is big enough for my family and comfortable, 7-11 right in front of the hotel if need something, outlet just close by if want shopping, the front desk is nice and really helpful except the lady in the back gives us a little hard time for extra towel, make me confused too “why ?” But it’s ok, i give 4 and half stars ⭐️

I will love to go back and take my family.

I loved the space this hotel gave with the extra room attached for my large family. The staff was very nice and the room very clean. It was dated and a lot of construction going on which will update things but didn’t look great.

The room was very clean, nice carpet and soft beds. Shower has soap, shampoo/conditioner. We had a nice view of the pool and the city, from the 3rd floor. Room was spacious & very quiet. I traveled with my family and they both raved about how much they loved the hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Pretty much had everything you could think of and the food was fresh & tasty. We will definitely be back and/or recommend this hotel to anyone heading to the Monterey Bay area.

Me, my husband, and our two young kids came and stayed for a few days in the two queen bed room. The hotel room and lobby are clean. The beds are comfortable and not too hard or soft. The bathroom and closet space was adequate for our needs. I did ask for extra towels and it came timely. The front desk staff were really nice and welcoming. It was also nice that Black Bear Diner is walking distance from our room. What I didn't like was that both phones were not working. The one on the table was on, but did not have a dial tone. The one on the bedside table wasn't plugged in and the telephone jack wasn't on either. The reading lamp also did not turn on. I notified the front desk within 20 minutes of our arrival. I also didn't like how we could hear every footstep from the upstairs occupant(s) and any conversation taking place in the hallway could be heard as if they were in our room. For the price, I recommend this hotel. If you have the option of staying in the higher floors I'd do that instead.

Property clean, check in took too long as they have a new computer system the gym equipment a lot of it didn’t work there was no water in the gym no towels in the gym. No wipes in the gym and security came into our room unexpectedly at 9:30 PM in the evening, and scared myself and the children. Spa and pool were great

This is by far THE WORST PLACE we've ever stayed at. The room that we checked into had a cracked sink AND a cracked toilet, the bathroom was moldy, and the cleaning wasn't done properly because there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, and there were pieces of trash underneath the counters. I reported the cracked sink and toilet to the front desk so we wouldn't get charged for any damages and the staff member asked if we'd like a different room, but I had to decline because all of our luggage was already in the room and our toddler was throwing a tantrum so I didn't want to disturb other guests with a screaming kid in the hallway if we had moved to a different room. When we checked out the next morning, I told this morning staff member that it was the worst stay we've ever had, especially with the cracked sink and toilet. The staff member pretended to sound surprised and said, "Oh really? I'll have our maintenance look into it." I thought to myself, "Sure you will..."

We had just a night stop on our road trip. A huge family room with 2 double bed, mattresses were very confortable. Old fashioned hotel, we had a room on the street side, but finally slept well. No breakfast, but we found a really nice please very closed
