Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salinas, an IHG Hotel

Hotel was nice. Area was sketchy- we saw hookers walking the street and had to explain to our children why they were wearing lingerie on the street.

Hotel was great. Decent breakfast was served. They always have coffee and hot water in the lobby for hot chocolate and tea. Very family friendly. My only complaint is that I have been to this hotel twice within a year and both times the pool has been closed for “renovation”. Would be nice to be able to enjoy the pool with the kiddos.

It was quiet, clean, smells good, and most definitely family friendly.

Oh my god this place is amazing from the staff to everything in the room my family of 6 stayed in a room for 2 nights the staff was amazing the beds were so comfortable the room spotless they had coffee station they had shampoo in case we forgot ours they had some delicious breakfast buffet oh my god if I come to Salinas this is where we are staying for sure I recommend 100%

Perfect place to stay with or without kids! We honestly felt very safe at thus specific hotel..Location is close to everything and only a quick 20 mins to the beach! Super clean, amazing breakfast both days we stayed, friendly staff. Our room was so clean and comfortable .I would definitely stay again.Only thing is I wouldn’t park out on the street seems kinda risky and don’t be surprised if you see almost naked prostitutes walking around( they weren’t in front of this hotel but further down a few hotels..by the arco.. That took us by surprise but the police presence was definitely there. Overall great place especially being fully renovated.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to so far, great breakfast options & I family felt safe. 5 starts for sure

Property was nice, staff were friendly, room was clean, my only complaint came from later that day after we checked out, my child left behind her air pods. We checked the location they were left there in the hotel. Called and called got passed around leave a message no one returned my call. That I’m a little disappointed with

Our junior suite was spotless. It was very comfortable stay. Emi at the front desk was very professional, nice and made the best check in experience as well. We’d stay there again.

We were able to check in early which we appreciated immensely! The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was great especially for our family of 5. You can eat down in the cafe/lobby area or take food back to your room. Loved that!
