Best Western Pine Tree Motel

Impeccable clean and modern rooms, excellent location and very quiet at night. Our family of four also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and great coffee!

The room was clean and bathroom was nice, even though I don't think I got a choice room. My room was on the first floor right behind the front desk office. My view out of the room window was an unhinged metal security gate blocking the very narrow walk-space created by a concrete brick wall on one side and the back of the hotel building on the other. It was a heavy gate, so it would not have been easy to move, but it gives the feeling like things are not kept up, even though the rest of the hotel seemed fine. I didn’t feel unsafe, but I was a male traveling solo, which may have influenced why I got that particular room. There were definitely some families there. My travel was personal, but I put in two full-time work days. The wifi was solid, and the atmosphere was quiet. There was ample shopping and restaurants nearby wth 20-minute access to Claremont and Chino Hills. The hotel has a pool but no hot tub. Before my arrival, a hotel representative took the time to call me to inform me that the local utility company had turned off the gas to the hotel – so there was no hot water - and called to confirm if I wanted to keep my reservation. She also called later and left a message that the issue had been solved. Unfortunately, that evening, I did not have hot water, but it was quickly fixed the day I reported it. No discount was offered for the initial night when I had no hot water. I would stay here again, but I would get a different room.

Property was very nice. The room was small but that’s not a problem. They still do breakfast ready to go bags which is convenient. I wouldn’t mind staying again. The kids loved the pool.
