Ayres Hotel Chino Hills

In room coffee machine didn’t work, but made the most of what I could brew, always an enjoy full stay with my family

Staff was very nice upon checking in. Property is pretty well maintained. Quiet area at the end of a huge shopping center. In my room, the toilet ran the entire time I stayed. I noticed as soon as I walked in and when I finished unpacking I went down to let them know before running errands. The nice front desk guy went up but didn’t hear anything. I just slept with the door closed so I could rest. The day before my checkout morning, I put up the do not disturb sign and eventually left about 10am for the day. I came back at 5pm to a room that wasn’t cleaned. Trash still in the room, no fresh towels and bed unmade. I could care less about the bed and I had two towels left but the trash was food from the previous night. Now, the hotel had no control over the following weekend when every room was probably filled with youth baseball players on a travel team tournament. Showers ran at ALL HOURS of the night and kids running down the hallways (terrible parents to let them be doing this). Needless to say, I packed up and left Monday morning at 9:45 instead of resting til noon.

Excellent place for families. The facility was clean and well kept. Pool space was ample and pristine. We enjoyed the made to order breakfast and other choices.

The breakfast was amazing and they have sweet ladies making made to order choices. Easy parking, perfect for families, and a beautiful building.

Bed is comfort, staff is very helpful. Internet is kind of slow but was okay. Room size is decent for a family. Will come back again.
