Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tucson, an IHG Hotel

My family and I had to change rooms multiple times on Christmas night for issues within each of the rooms while traveling to a funeral. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and was sorry for the issues we ran into. She was great. However because it was booked 3rd party she couldn’t offer anything for the inconveniences. She advised to contact hotels.com which I did and they refused to do anything. Which is why they get a 1 star review for this experience.

Very comfortable for all the family, hot coffee and a decent breakfast!

We stayed at this place for family weekend at university of Arizona. It is not far from the university. It is quiet and clean. Great breakfast in the morning. We needed to use the pull out bed in the sofa. On the first night we pulled out the bed, I believed the sheets were not clean. They we all wrinkled as if it was not changed after the last guest has used it. The next morning, I advised the clerk and the sheets were changed. However, the rest of the room was very clean and accommodating. I would suggest that if the room has a pull put sofa bed, after each guest stay, the housekeeping should check that the pull out beds sheets are clean and ready for the next guest. It should be treated like any other bed in the room and clean sheet should be put on after every guest stay.

Very comfortable stay, the room is great and breakfast is very good! There is a quiet environment where you can take a rest after all day working. Or is special for families they come shopping to the malls.
