Hotel is beautiful and convenient to TMC. Isn’t recommended for families as pool is small, no microwave in room, restaurant is little pricey. Has bar to enjoy without kids! Overall enjoyed my stay

I booked this room for the day of my wedding. The staff were AMAZING. The entire lay out of the hotel was so beautiful I took my pictures with my groomsmen there. I highly recommend staying here, I plan to come back and have plenty of staycations with the family

The hotel was awesome and clean. The staff was amazing and the cookies were delicious. Thank you!!! The facilities were clean and look like brand new. The only con is that the bathroom didn't have a lock so the baby will be able to open it and get it, so we had to find ways to keep the door locked.

The hotel was very nice and all members of staff were nice and helpful. I was traveling with 2 little ones and they were great with all interactions with them. My daughter even started referring to one of the bar/restaurant girls as her "bestie" and still talks about her days later. Very happy with our stay.

Room not ready at 4pm. Waited and had a drink at the bar with a very stern unfriendly bartender. Front desk very disorganized at checking. Outgoing checkout was fast. Did not use pool due to screaming kids.

This was not the best experience. We booked a couple of rooms for two nights for a staycation, a place where the kids could go swimming and we could celebrate a very very late mothers day and birthday and we thought we could watch the fireworks from the hotel. Seemed like a great idea. Part of the problem was not at all the hotels, we had no idea that so many people in Tucson would also think this was a great weekend for a staycation, but if the hotel wasn't equipped to accommodate all of those people they should have made it clear to everyone. First of all, charging over $10 for parking in Tucson is not common, the beautiful pool in the pictures is really, really small, especially for the size of the hotel. They said they would be monitoring the pool and made sure everyone had wristbands, but as far as I could tell nobody was watching the pool and it was jam-packed (body to body) almost the entire time. The morning we checked out, the staff were kind enough to give us a late checkout and we went to the pool, finally. My parents are elderly, I can't take a chance getting them sick with covid. In the times before now I could have cared less how many people were sneaking into a pool. The restaurant downstairs is rather expensive for what you get. They had the worst carnitas tacos we have ever had (we are Mexican). I don't mind paying more for really good food, I just don't like paying a lot for food that is just okay. The restaurant and hotel staff were great!

Stay was nice but the beds in the handicap accessible room were too firm for us. The rest of the room was wonderful. Not sure if all of the rooms have the same low profile uncomfortable and extra firm beds or not. Valet parking was expensive and we never drove our car for two days. Regular parking was also expensive and spots were tight which is why I chose valet to keep my car from getting dinged. Staff was nice but no family friendly meals. Very high end prices , so we had to order pizza. I will stay again for the convenience and location.
