The fire alarm went off twice during the middle of the night which made my elderly mother and children scared. Instead of the person who made sure to let me know she was the manager..being considerate of the circumstance she was short and rude when asked how do we know we are safe and the false alarms aren’t real

This was a family visit. I've stayed here many times in the past for business. Hotel did not disappoint. Room was clean, ready, set. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Beds were a little worn on comfort, but that would be my only complain. Overall, a great stay

Nice room, great bed and better than expected breakfast. The staff personnel, especially Pamela , were quite friendly and helpful to our family.

The property’s best asset is their staff. They are very nice, responsive and accommodating. The property though needs some TLC. The carpet in the room needs to be changed. They may have been vacuumed, but it still look soiled that I am afraid to have my kids walk barefooted. The bathtub water doesn’t drain that well. All in all just a minor upgrade that management can easily fix to improve their hotel.

Great location with plenty of dining and shopping nearby, also very easy to come and go from Hotel. As others have stated great place for families to stay and pleasant staff.

Room was good, but pool and surroundings were dirty. There was an armed man and we were there with our family nothing was done to take him out. Everyone was scrambling to leave the area.
