AC Hotel by Marriott Tucson Downtown

We booked a one-night staycation attention this property on a Sunday night. The room was small but comfortable & clean. The staff were warm up front. The advertised filtered water was not available to use because the carafes were taken away and never appeared during our stay. The advertised lavender DIY turndown was not anywhere to be found. The toiletries were one use only, which was a bummer because the showers were set up already to have the shampoos, conditioners, and body washes that have pumps there. The shower offered a removable spray version and a rainfall version. The non-balcony view was just gorgeous! Overall, I would recommend this place to family friends. I'll likely be back too!

My husband and I live in Tucson and planned a staycation away from our kiddos for the night so this was something we were excited about! We like to stay in the best rooms a hotel has to offer and this one had good reviews. We show up only to find out our suite had been overbooked so we got stuck in a little tiny room, right next to the pool so there were people yelling and being obnoxious. The kind man at the front desk promised he’d put us somewhere quiet since they had given our room to someone else… pfft. The floors were dirty, they gave me K-Mart kid feet and the cable didn’t work. Needless to say we thought about just eating the charge and going home. We definitely won’t stay here again. Whomp, whomp….
