Home2 Suites BY Hilton Tucson Downtown

It was the first time that we stayed in that hotel. It is clean. The bed and pillows super comfortable. We loved the view from our room and from the pool area! It was nicely unexpected. Definitely, we will return to this hotel.! Our kids loved the pool. Thank you.

Overall hotel was excellent. My only issue is i am active duty Navy and was traveling across the us during my PCS. Me and my family didnt arrive to hotel until 1am. I asked the receptionist if we could have a late checkout at 12pm and was told they had to ask the manager and would call us and let us know. The next morning i didnt recieve a call and when i went to the front i asked the manager and was told they were not accepting any late checkouts i told her my situation and was told they were not budging and offered to allow us to keep are car in parking for the rest of the day like that would solve are issue of being tired. For the price of the accomidations i feel we could have got 1 extra hour especially when checkin is at 4pm and we didnt get there until 1 am

This hotel was perfect for our family, room was equipped with everything we needed and breakfast was delicious and always fully stocked one of my best stays. Customer service was the best also parking was very secure and made me feel super comfortable and safe.

Convenient location to downtown restaurants and museums. Very basic rooms. So so bedding. Confusion at the parking garage. We were told to use our room key but the machine didn’t recognize it so we had to use a credit card. Therefore we see charged twice for parking. The front desk could not remove the charge without a manager. So we have to wait for reimbursement. $48.00. ! Not sure we would use this location again. Especially since kids were throwing rocks in the pool.

Nice space for a small family. Makes the weekend easy. Good location. Pool was too cold while we were there in Feb but looks nice.

What a nice addition to the downtown area; rooms are very cozy with every amenity need for a one night stay for for longer. Right in the heart of downtown, easy walk to great food & night life. Breakfast was delicious and hit the spot. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Arrived with my two young children, AC did not work and it was 90f and humid in the room. I asked to be moved to another room and was told they were sold out and nothing could be done. Forces to leave hotel due to unsafe conditions and drive 3 hours to another location.

I'm so glad we booked our stay at Home 2 Suites. The room was great, almost looks like an apartment. My kids loved it. Very spacious love the mini kitchen, lots of drawers utensils things that you might need, they had it. Most of all we loved having the complimentary breakfast, delicious waffles. Overall great stay. definitely will stay again.
