Room was nice. Check in was a breeze. Staff very friendly. Only complaint was kids running up and down the hallway late at night. Called front desk and they handled it.

We liked how close it was to walk to the casino. Also we saw how family friendly it was to bring our son next time.

Property was as advertised. Clean lobby and rooms. Courteous and attentive staff. Even though it was on casino property, it was nice and quiet for a family.

Beautiful property. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The weather wasn’t that great while I was there but the pool and hot tub were warm and clean. I even went down the slide several times as a 62 year old grandma. Excellent slide - recommend for anyone with a child’s heart. The only thing I would suggest is taking care of the overflowing trash in the lobby sooner - it was full on the 4th floor most of the day. Also would be nice if there was a breakfast/bakery cart available instead of having to go over to Casino del sol. I’m not a gambler- I was in town to help my Air Force son and his wife with the birth of their 2nd child.and toddler - but I won $270 bucks at the Casino. Lots of fun. I would stay there again!

Nice clean hotel! Pool was heated and had a little outdoor bar that was open till 5ish. Didnt use the slide but the kids seemed to like it! The hotel was very nice, the only thing was the bed was soo uncomfortable. Bathroom was very nice. They have an arcade room which was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

I came by at 2pm to make sure our rooms were side by side or connecting, they were still being house cleaned. Our checkin was at 4pm. The rooms were not available until 4:45pm. We stayed in the lobby and the kids missed out of an hour to enjoy the waterslide that closes at 6pm. The slide should be open at least until 7pm. The wait for the elevator was ridiculous, they only have one working elevator

I was a little upset at my start. The elevators where not working at one point only the employee elevators where working. I was also advised once we where there that i could not pay extra to have people at the pool which was unfortunate. Living in phoenix i would love my family to come and swim.

Something happened at the hotel around 5pm on Monday that caused the hotel to lose electricity, so therefore the pool and slide were closed, the rooms had no power or AC. We had to take the stairs to the 6th floor because the elevators were down. Not once did anyone bother to explain to the guests what had happened or provide any answers. The hot tub was hardly even warm. The slide is supposed to open at 10am and by the time they got it turned on today it was 1030 and checkout is 11. We stayed there for the pool and slide for our kids and were quite disappointed with not getting our full time with it. I know they can’t help losing power but it’s all in the way they go about it and explaining what’s going on to guests would have been appreciated. None of the guests I spoke with had any idea what was going on either. All of us at the pool heard a loud boom and then all of a sudden no electric and no one bothered to come tell everyone what happened.

My Family and I travel to Tucson from Phoenix at least once a month to spend time with my Mom. This was our 1st time at Casino del Sol. By I entered in by the Casino & I tried to ask an employee for directions to Front Desj but he was on his cell phone & literally "Shooed" me away. I was in the wrong Building. Found the right Building & We couldnt wait to get into the pool. Front desk tells me that ill need Wrist Band to enter the pool area & Each person staying in my room, children included must come down to the front desk for a wrist band in person. My Mom was on her way to hang out but they No Longer allow family/friends to come visit with u. We only chose this hotel because of the Water Slide for the kids. The room was dirty. The rugs were sticky, refrigerator was filthy & didnt work. Our drinks were still warm the next day. No personal drinks/snacks at the pool. You have to buy from them. The room was very small and definitely not worth the cost. I had my Service Animal with me. Front desk tried to Hassel me about him but there was nothing they could do. Mobys restaurant was good but we tried eating at the Buffet on Day 2 and they wouldn't let us in. There were 10 of us and it was only 6:30pm & they said they were closing at 7pm. That was ridiculous. The rooms are too expensive compared to other hotels in the area. The employees out by the pool were very nice but i doubt ill ever stay there again. Too much Hassel for a Shabby Room & No Visitors allowed. Very disappointing
