The door to the pool was broken and difficult to manage. Also there were kids jumping off the waterfall which was dangerous. We did not see any security and we spent many hours at the pool.

The staff was amazing. The room had hair in the bed and on the floor in the bathroom. The makeup towel left on the counter was sirty. There was so much dust we had to be cautious of where we placed our personal items. We were there for a funeral and had black clothes that we were concerned of the dust transfer. The pool was closed because of rain and they were concerned of the "slippery deck". Its a pool. The deck gets water from people walking, kids playing. Frustrating as thepool was the point of staying there to unwind. Was definitely not worth the extra few bucks staying there vs another hotel. There is a landing field very close to the room and air traffic affected our sleep.

When checking in i specifically told jim not to put us near screaming kids..he should have looked at who was booked next door cuz that is exactly what we got as we were trying to celebrate our 4th anniversary. We couldn't enjoy our time and finally had to call front desk at 1230 AM ..so our stay was dampened. The buffet was terrible for 43$..the roast beef was gritty and tough..the fish was either fried or doused with yuk sauce..didnt want to get near the mecican food..the only ppl in there was over weight and hobbling anything they could eat without tasting..there was no more club with dancing..you had to put more machines in its place to get more revenue..only one chair in the room and we couldn't bring our own bags up cuz we had to tip valet..the view was blocked by a huge peice of machinery..it was very disappointing and sad...the slot machine that meant something to us 4 years ago didnt work...tried and tried but didnt work...for 300+dollars i expected more..wont be back..it will be a distant memory...

We stayed 2 nights with family. Great rooms for the price, easy enough proximity to downtown and surroundings. Shuttle to Sahuarita for show had to be made in advance, but was seamless once setup. Pool was great, lots of lounging area and connected to casino.

We are unfamiliar with Tucson but go often and having the casino gives us something to do when we are not with our family and prevents us from being stuck in a hotel room. We enjoyed the pool as well.

You had a sold out hotel the week we stayed in March 2023 and yet you close the buffet and restaurant at 7:00pm. Where do you expect a family visiting from out of town to eat? Ridiculous... We will never stay here again.

Staff were so nice. Very clean facility. But… elevator was out! And with a husband with a heart condition, and a toddler grandchild, climbing those stairs to the 4th floor - absolutely awful! Definitely not a place for families with children!
