Very friendly staff, very safe hotel. Need hotel key to go in and out of the building. Family safe, Animal safe. Loved the kitchenette. Very useful with a family stay.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Arrived an hour and a half before check in, after a 15 hour drive. They allowed me to check in with my young child early, without an additional charge.

I'm torn about this one, we stayed for 13 days and while the reservation was active it was nice. But we had trouble getting everything to fit at check out and they told my 70 old mom she couldnt sit in lobby while I loaded the car and it was 110 degrees outside. Beware if you have toddlers or kids that if they make noise people will hear it and complain - my 3 year runs everywhere and they could hear his 30 lbs running below us. They don't give pans, plates or soap so you will have to buy them if you plan to cook. They also require you to remove all trash, clean floors,etc or you get charged a cleaning fee. Basically this is an studio apartment for rent and you have to treat it like that.

The gentleman at the front desk who checked my family in was very courteous and professional. Very good customer service!

Stay is not amazingly good. Very little amenities such as no coffee maker, no luggage rack; read that you’ll be charge for requesting additional towels so we brought our own for the children even though it is only for overnight stay. We opted to stay at another hotel for the next 4 days.

check in process was great. 2 sets of doors into lobby and another door into hallway of rooms were cumbersome and difficult to operate with bags, kids etc. Definitely catered to construction, long term rental crowd. Lots of big trucks you had to watch out for in the parking lot. Really near freeway, wal-mart, costco, other amenities and easy access on and off freeways. Will def be staying again.

After 10 hours of driving, my family and I had to wait in line about an hour to check in. Unfriendly, probably underpaid, and poorly trained staff made the experience even worst. On top of that, listing the property as pet-friendly without mentioning the unreasonably high extra fee we had to pay was the tipping point. These people shouldn’t be in the hospitality business.

Great Stacy with family. Close to everything you need on a road trip including Costco gas station and a movie theater walking distance. Place looks freshly remodeled. Recommend for budget travelers.
