The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; and check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was included and was tasty and had plenty of options. The hotel is small, but that worked for my family. The bonus for us is that the hotel is pet friendly which we need when we travel with our dog.

Wonderful hotel and I will certainly stay there again. Enjoyed the great breakfast and the hot tub was terrific. We had 2 rooms, one of which was a mini-suite, both very clean and comfortable. Lots of floor space in the suite which will be helpful when I return with 3 grandchildren. appreciated the wine too!

Second stay at this property. I was not disappointed. I brought the family and dog this time. The check in host informed us about where our dog could take care of her needs, and was very friendly and pleasant. Everyone was kind and polite. A pure pleasure.

We got there and they gave us the room key. We went in and someone was already staying in that room. Lights were on their bags were in there and beds un made. We got a new room and I felt like I was going to fall thru the shower. Had to be a leak underneath. Room smelled like smoke and my kids were terrified

They cancel my reservation for 2 queen beds before I arrived because my card expired. They could have called me. Luckily, there is one last room left. They have to restate the price $179 with a king bed with sofa. It is too small for family of 4.

Hotel wasn’t terrible at all. Clean and well kept. Excellent customer service. Really good beakfast. However, they said our room could sleep 5 but it was not accurate. We had 1 child sleep on the couch cushions on the floor because my wife and I had the bed, 8 and 7 year had the pull-out side bed, so the 4 year had an “adventure” bed. Other than that we’d stay here again.

Property is convenient to airport and family. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly except for the lady who was making waffles during breakfast. She tried to scold me for using a coffee cup with a lid versus a little, clear plastic cup for apple juice instead of coffee.

The customer service and friendliness of the staff were fantastic during my stay. However, while the rooms were relatively clean, I noticed the AC vent was really dirty. The finishings were also not great, such as unprofessional looking wall paint job, a crookedly hung permanent bathroom mirror, badly chipped bathroom door that was sloppily painted over, caulk in the bathroom was dirty & cracked, wall mounted lamps were not tightly affixed to the wall, etc. It was noisy as I was able to hear other rooms' creaky floors and showers turning on. The front view of this hotel is the parking lot and the Enterprise rental and around it are industrial lots. There is a small pool, tiny workout room, and a continental breakfast (albeit also subpar save for the coffee & tea). It's pretty family friendly as kids are not so picky about the aforementioned negatives. In conclusion, for a smaller budget than other establishments, I appreciated always having clean sheets and towels and refills of coffee and toiletries, plus a shuttle to the airport. I didn't spend much time in the hotel during my stay. If not for the excellent customer service and budget, I probably wouldn't stay there again unless I was in a pinch.

I was really pleased with the arrival and how I was recognized as a good member thru Expedia and I was even offered an upgrade. My kids and I enjoyed our stay and it was exactly what we needed. Spacious room, and the staff was prompt and very nice when asked for extra items for the room. We will be returning again, thank you all so much for what you do.
