Unfortunately we have been coming here for 15 years but its just become very very run down and the staff is very very unprofessional. Very bad service. Not very clean and generally had a bad experience. Room never got clean, front desk was incredibly rude and no one picked up the phone at any extension for 1 hour.. this with are two little kids in the room (we needed water). Its too bad because its in a beautiful location and we used to love coming here a few times a year but we will no longer be going to this place with all the other better options in the area. We are all very disappointed.

We had to wait almost 2hrs to get our room.. it was cleaned just not verified but after that it was fine. Beds are small, double beds is not the best for a family of 4. We didnt sleep very well

It was a family weekend (birthday celebration), first visit to Boulders after a few years. Before we used to come fairly often as my company held many corporate events there. It was so nice to see that it remained truly 5 starts resort - no corner cutting we are witnessing everywhere. Way to go! Will be back for sure! Room 273 (king bed) was truly luxurious, spacious (also freshly painted, pristine new bedding), nice patio… we used Grill, room service and bar at the pool. All were great, food was delicious. Staff deserves not just 5, but 10 stars. Everyone was amazing, welcoming and very professional.

My stay at The Boulders Resort was exceptional! Firstly, the tennis pro Dale, is top notch!!! He is a reason I stayed at the resort, as I taken lessons with him in the past. Your bartenders t the resort and Golf Club are excellent. And lastly, the reception was so very helpful and your transport cart drivers were so friendly and extremely accommodating! I must add I stay at the resort alone while being in town to visit with family and I never felt alone in the least. Your staff and resort is definitely 5 star!!! Looking a bit dated but just need some freshening up. Loved the grounds and pools. Very relaxing and no kids around. Food was pricey but excellent and you pay for convenience. We will for sure be back!

So peaceful and quiet. Beautiful respite from the bustle of Sedona and Scottsdale but still convenient to everything. Dark skies at night for stargazing. Luxury spa and pools. Nature walk, baby’s first rock climbing, birds and bunnies everywhere. Golf, super staff and on demand golf cart shuttles everywhere. Casitas are more private and quiet than traditional hotels rooms. Perfect, will be back!

Villa 659 First of all, we fully enjoyed the staff . Everyone was wonderful. :) ( 5 star) The accommodation's NOT so much. Bugs, spiders, webs everywhere in the villa. A dead moth in the bed. Woke up to 4 baby crickets in the bathtub chirping. Worst thing was a spider in the toilet after going. Disgusting! Carpet and flooring is super dirty. Light burned out over kitchen table. Blood ( or something) on down sheet). The whole villa needs to be renovated. Seems very unkempt. This whole experience was so disappointing. We spent hard earned money only to be disappointed. Hopefully this will be acted upon so someone else doesn't have the same experience.
