Hyatt Place North Scottsdale

We had the perfect stay and will definitely stay here again. Location was perfect for our family gathering. Staff (Nick) was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and perfect. Breakfast was just perfect to start our day, with various options. Close to a various selection of restaurants (some walking distance). The pool was perfect for the 112 degree afternoon. We will be back!

Amazing stay for a quick family trip. It includes all we needed for our getaway weekend. We will back in our next trip to Phoenix-Scottsdale area. Probably the parking should be included in the Reservation and not as extra

I recently stayed at this property with my family of four, and overall, our experience was highly positive. The area around the property was outstanding, providing a safe, quiet, and convenient environment. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, which significantly contributed to our comfort and enjoyment. The property’s location offered easy access to shopping and transportation, adding to the convenience of our stay. The small but great swimming pool provided a pleasant way to unwind and enjoy family time together. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. One notable downside was the additional charge for parking. Additionally, the beds were not comfortable and lacked back support, affecting our overall sleep quality. The ice machine on level two was broken, requiring us to go to level three for ice. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a very enjoyable experience and would consider staying here again. The positives certainly outweighed the negatives, making it a worthwhile place to stay.

There’s nothing worse than showing up to the hotel that you booked months ago and they tell you they don’t have a room for you because they overbooked… There should be some sort of first come first serve, and I can promise you I booked my room well before most of the people who are happily asleep in their beds. Check that happily asleep in my bed! And then to try to send me so far across town I wouldn’t even be in the same City? It was a disaster and ironically, I tried to cancel my room two days prior for a family emergency and they told me no because they needed me to stay there and then they didn’t even have a room for me.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and very nice breakfast layout. I did not like the new tv-telephone feature. I should not have to use my phone to access the television. I believe the apps should already be downloaded on the television and I can just sign in. That was a real inconvenience and time consuming to get the tv going for my child.

Our stay was great and family friendly! Hot breakfast was amazing, pool was great, and our room was perfect and accommodated our family size and at the perfect price. I loved the location and the how close we were to restaurants easy to walk and have dinner. All the amenities were just perfect!

Had a great stay! The rooms had a lot of space for 3 adults and 1 child.

Friendly service at front desk👍 Swimming pool was a good size -- large enough for family to hang out and not too crowded to swim short laps.
