Our stay was a sports trip, so it was nice to be in a place where my kids and I could relax, hassle free. Pool was nice and the property was clean and staff was friendly. It's nice to travel and be at a place and actually relax.

Our room was fantastic! Jonathan at the front desk was great and hooked us up with a nice view of the mountains! The bartender was awesome. He said he was newer but still helpful! Loved the overall aesthetic of the room especially the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. We are locals and stayed here for a Mothers Day night away. Will definitely return for another staycation. Next time with the kids, they will love the pool and patio games. The hotel is right by Desert Ridge and High Street so there are plenty of restaurant and entertainment options.

The air conditioning did not work in our room. I told the front desk and they said they would send someone to check it out. Came back four hours later and no one had come. I called down and he said he would get back with me. Two hours later I called again and he sent a service man who was very rude and said it needed to be reset. He said he reset it and it would take a bit for it to come on. We left and came back that night and it still was not working. The hotel was very loud. Tons of kids running up and down the halls and in the lobby hollering at each other. Very unpleasant stay for the price they charge. You couldn’t even eat or sit at the bar without kids running around. It was sooo loud

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were generally quite friendly and helpful. However, we had a serious issue at check-in. I called the night before checking in to confirm that there would be 2 pack-n-plays (portable cribs) available for my two children, after calling to request them the week before. Samantha, the manager on duty, told me there would only be one pack-n-play available due to limited supply, but that she would set it aside for us for the next day. So we brought one pack-n-play with us; having to check this on the plane was not ideal, but fine, I can understand. What I didn't understand was the fact that when we checked in, we were told there were NO pack-n-plays available for us, despite being told one would be set aside less than 12 hours prior. To his credit, Sam, the manager on duty made an effort to find another pack-n-play. When that failed, he offered us a discount on our first night and some meal vouchers, which I appreciated. However, he also said that he would find us a pack-n-play for the next night. That never happened. I called down to the front desk to speak with him, but he never returned my call. I never heard anything further about this issue for the rest of my stay. I was very disappointed in how this issue was handled overall, and I do not expect I will want to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Everything was actually really nice wasn't expecting the upgrades that this hotel has for the price. Would have been a perfect stay but the rooms aren't very soundproof, we were able to hear everything next door and above so my kids had a hard time falling asleep.

Freeway noise is horrible. Bring white noise. Our room (can't speak for others) had loose flooring which made for popping sounds when stepping on random areas. Wake up your family and friends with pop floor! There was one television remote control (but two tvs, two rooms). Sharing the remote, your family's new party game! The digitally controlled blinds? You'll love this... They control both rooms... Surprise, kids! You're awake too! Burn holes and stains in the sofa and pillows. Fancy... Finally, couldn't find smaller bed pillows? A fun puzzle! Good luck.
