Hyatt House North Scottsdale

Incredible Hotel. Value is 10/10 Staff is 10/10. Location is 10/10 This hotel is an absolute no brainer. It was great for my family and I. They get the small details right. Only 50$ deposit fit unlike other hotels that put 300$+. WHolefoods right across the street. Quarters shopping right next door. Hotel is perfect value

Worked great for our family of 5. The small kitchen area in the room was a bonus for having some snacks on hand. We were able to walk for coffee and dinner!

The breakfast each morning was very good. The room was very nice and spacious. very clean and housekeeping was always available for anything we needed...... but...... There were so many kids around and running up and down the hallways and taking elevators up and down and up and down. We could not even get near the pool as it was mobbed with kids. There were dogs everywhere in the hotel, and outside at the pool, and the outdoor sitting area. At one point, I was trying to sit outside and read but dogs were barking at each other and growling. We could not sit outside at the pool with all the screaming cannonballing kids. Next time I book, I will ask if there is a little league function or a dance recital or any other kid event. If so, then I will look elsewhere.

Great for families, great view

Nice quiet area in Scottsdale. Front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Very quick check-out. It was a great "layover" stop on our family road trip. Would stay for business travel too.

The property's location is a few blocks from the highway and across from shopping center with whole foods, many restaurants, and a few stores on a landscaped street with nice walkways. The hotel entry and common areas (including breakfast area) were brand new looking, pleasant, and posh. We stayed in a suit with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the couch tv area as a family of 5. The "table" was a high top counter block with 2 bistro/counter chairs in entryway/kitchen area. The couch was L shaped and a great size. The TV swivled from the couch area to the bed area in the opposite side. Floor to ceiling windows (with 2 shades) were at the end of the suite. Our 2 complaints were that the bed area was extremely tight. The second bed is in front of the entry to the bathroom/dressing area, and you have to monuvyer around the bed to shimmy against the wall to get to the bathroom. Also, the bathroom has a heavy wooden door on a barn slidder that knocks and sways when you move it. It was hard to get to the bathroom area and do any use without being very noisy. The breakfast was great- many things to toast, hot items that changed daily, yogurt bar, oatmeal bar, coffee, juice, ect. Overall, we had a great stay in a new and inviting hotel. The room layout of the 2 bed suite would make me pause before booking here again, which is a pity (a smaller night stand placed between would have allowed the bed to be moved).

Went to Phoenix for a graduation. Location was close to family members. This location had easy access to the 101, to reach other areas. Plenty of places to eat and shop. With a small kitchenette supplies with utensiles. plates and pots. Plenty of comfort seating

Perfect location and room set up for a 3 night family trip! Very clean, excellent staff, yummy breakfast. The kids loved the pool. Would stay here again!

Our family of six drove from Washington, through the winter storms in Oregon and California to get some guaranteed sunshine. Along the two week long road trip with four children and two dogs, we found that Hyatt House was super family and pet friendly. Our girls enjoyed taking a couple days off the road to relax in the pool. My oldest enjoyed getting cucumber water and lemon and lime water from the lobby and breakfast in the morning. Everything was so clean, and our room was cleaned while we took the girls and dogs to explore the area. We were less than 20 minutes away from everything that we wanted to do. Would recommend to any family. Laundry service is available, the beds are very comfy, and the suites are perfect for families. You feel at home at Hyatt House!

Huge room with a nice kitchen island and family set up! It was a perfect stay for our family!
