The staff and check in attendants were amazing. From valet to room service they were timely and efficient. I would recommend this resort to families, couples, or for an individual getaway. I will be back.

1st room #17 which was $210 + $25 parking was 90 degrees with air off and baby scorpion in bathroom on arrival as well as live spiders throughout the room. Called front desk and all they would do is move us 2 doors down to #21 which was not much better and I had to go up to the front reception area to get the new keys for #21 myself. also when I needed ice I was told to walk up to the front and get it cuz short staffed, room #21 hadb broken screen door on balcony with dirty windows to look out to the view which was biggest part of room. when I need a complimentary dental kit was told to walk up to the front and get it cuz short staffed. This hotel has a lot of potential however when I pay $250 for one night stay AND $150 incidental deposit I expect a lot more. I have photos to prove all of this however they would not upload on this site but feel free to ask me for the photos and I can send them to you no problem

I’m starting off with the excellent service we received from the bellboys to the front desk, cafe, dining and spa staff! Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. What a Stunning Hotel! With a nice art collection, we really enjoyed walking past the beautiful telescopes pointed at the sky on our way out during our stay. The restaurant is convenient if you feel like staying in. Good food with a nice relaxing ambience. Rooms are comfortable with beautiful views, personally the room looks better in person than online. We enjoyed the tennis courts and fully stocked gym, clean with complimentary water and towels. I would highly recommended to friends and family. Thanks again staff at ADERO!

Great property not super far from Scottsdale. The room was clean and spacious. Service was very good and we enjoyed the pool cabana. The adult pool could use its own bar. If you are at the adult pool you will need to go to the family pool for drinks which is not far but still. We had breakfast and service was good but pancakes tasted frozen and breakfast and two spiked coffees added up to $70. Be prepared for the pricey items on the menu at Cielo restaurant on site. They had toothbrushes and razors that came in cute bags with toothpaste and shave cream. I also appreciated the timely housekeeping which was completed daily and ready every time we returned. Alot of resorts are not doing this. Views from our room facing the fountain side of fountain hills were beautiful. Definitely would return

The staff were kind, efficient and eager to meet our requests. The pools are clean and welcoming. Multiple separate seating areas around pool for individuals, couples and families. Great workout facility. We watched fireworks from Cliffside room balcony. My only request would be to have cold water available all day long for guests at pool area. The only water around pool to drink was warm and not replenished throughout day.

Adero is a great value for a family stay. The amenities like the pool, spa, gym, and game room are awesome. The facials and massages at the spa are amazing! That being said, the food was a bit of a disappointment. We tried everything from room service, the cafe, poolside service, as well as the restaurant Cielo and every dish was subpar, either undercooked or overcooked, flavorless or too salty. The staff is friendly but the resort is a bit understaffed and took a while to be waited on. If the resort improved their dining experiences it would be a perfect stay.

Great property!!! A very "boutique" like feel to this hotel tucked away on a hill top in a residential neighbourhood. My wife and I planned this getaway without our kids and were looking forward to some quiet time. This property checked off all the boxes....great rooms, very clean, amazing "R & R" around the pool area and outstanding staff (service). For us, the location was great: close to golf:). It was a good 30 minutes to get into the heart of Scottsdale, but this was okay for us as we only ventured into town once for dinner. Weren't really planning on shopping on this trip, so didn't really matter that we were a bit further away. There are a lot of people who come to Scottsdale for the night life who stay in the heart of the action which is fine, but if you wanted a break from all the action, the Adero will serve you well. As expected, this hotel was pricier than others, but you get what you pay for. Not thrilled about the valet parking, but this seems to be the norm in a lot of cities in the US now. I figure, if you are going to pay $400 per night for a hotel, expect a resort fee and parking fees.... Hotel was kid friendly: pool, games room, tennis, pickle ball & outdoor play area. We didn't bring out kids and probably wouldn't as I think the all-inclusives are more suited for my family. Already planning on coming back next year!
