Nice location. Not many amenities. Comfortable room. Best for golfers, less so for families.

Wonderful stay with small family and our pets

Our stay at the Inn at Eagle Mountain was relaxing. Our room was spacious and the views were spectacular, especially at night. The Inn was a quick drive to the Mayo Clinic. Our daily sightings of momma quail and her babies was a great way to start our mornings.

I had a family emergency with my daughter she got flew to children's hospital the night before check in. I had Hotels.com call property for a refund. The hotel refused to give me my money back. Their management has no morals what so ever.

Where do I begin… So when we checked in I was unable to figure out where the check in was it look like a living room with a bunch of papers everywhere I had no idea where to go and then being a recovering alcoholic he offered me a free bottle of wine and if I would’ve taken that I would’ve relapse so that’s not a good idea I know it’s special but you should offer something else as well and then in the room there was no room service menu I don’t even know if there was room service but there was no menu for the restaurant only a wine list again for recovering alcoholics that’s not good and then the hot water did not work in the shower I asked for new towels and more coffee pods and never received them the parking lot was absolutely terrible almost really damaged my vehicle there was no trashcan to put our trash in it.. I and bringing my dogs I would expect hopefully a lower level room I did not get that.. I remember when this place first opened years ago and my family stayed there and it was absolutely amazing and staying here this time I would never go there again

Wonderful place to get away from the kids. Not many restaurants around it. But casino is super close by. I think we one of the best views ever. If your looking for a quiet place this is the perfect place for u.

The clerk also indicated that they had given us a complimentary upgrade from the King Room I had booked to a suite (the Hacienda Suite, to be specific). All in all, we were treated in a wonderfully special way for this family vacation celebrating my mom's birthday.

location nice family lives in Engle mountain. poor customer service. No signage to welcome You to office. rooms nice & clean but VERY dated. no charging station or radio with capability. light in bathroom not working. no room service :(
