-clean rms and got extras if needed ie towels -some st front desk more helpful then others ie some don’t even acknowledge u when come in or done gave improper info or as a diamond member I had to ask for water - breakfast on a few days was shut down early a few days, or didn’t have the prepared fd it was suppose to ie jam, coffee pot not filled, omelette not made etc -pool seemed dirty and cloudy -nice gym and kids area

We go to Scottsdale often have stayed at this location in December but the Home 2 side. Was a bit surprised that there wasn’t a coffee maker or microwave in the room. Other than that it was good. I had booked 2 queens, because our son and his baby were going to stay with us, but need up at our daughter’s house. Was bummed we couldn’t change to a king bed. Front desk tried but system wouldn’t let her.

Everything was so great!! We did lose a shoe when we were bringing our luggage in so we called to the front desk to see if anyone had turned it in through lost and found. The front desk lady was a little rude and short with me. She said no and that we had already called to check once and she told us it was not there. Which was not true because we had not called before so we were confused by that. Found the shoe at check out in lost and found the next day when we checked again with a different person. So other than that very minor encounter the place was great. Breakfast was good; lists of choices and the place was very clean and accommodating. Games in lobby as well to play with kids and the ppl was fun!

Three of us stayed here overnight (my mom, myself and my toddler). We had plans to go to Odysea Aquarium. It was perfect distance for the restaurant we went to for dinner and then off to the aquarium for the afternoon. The staff were awesome. The room was lovely. We will definitely stay at this property again and will seek out this brand in the future.

This was by far the worst check-in I have ever experienced! Upon arrival after 3pm, the designated time, there was already a line out the door. For some reason Tru By Hilton Scottsdale Salt River felt one employee in the front was sufficient. When asked about it, we were told that the other employee and the manager were on break. The family in front of me told me they had been waiting over an hour and the couple at the front of the line were just chatting with the employee. Many people in that line were pressed for time and needed to get ready for events, myself for a wedding. Because it took so long I had to begin getting ready in the lobby bathroom, which was not very clean. When we finally made it to the front, there was no apology for the long wait, no acknowledgment of anything. The room was nothing special and did not make up for the horrible experience just trying to get into the room! Would not recommend.

very nice staff, clean room and free breakfast, plus some kids area with a pool table, so our son enjoyed.

Love this place, good time for kids and adults
